"Great Staff! Very friendly. The staff seemed very happy to be part of child time. That made us feel comfortable knowing if the staff is happy our child will be happy as well."
"Not too good. If it wasn't for the teachers and their efforts to do a good job, we would have already left."

"Great experience for the transition when we moved from out of state"
"Mixed. The caregivers are fantastic, but the cost is very high relative to services provided. We were at another center previously but the location was not as convenient, hence why we changed. If not for that, we'd go back to other center given their rules on food, as well as other services provided."

"We love daily emails and pictures of our son in school. Its nice to see or hear about him throughout the day"
"loved the concept of free diapers even though my child is potty trained."
"I love the teachers! They are sweet but the teacher student ratio is a big problem. I have observed children playing in trash, walking around with mucus dripping from there noses because the teachers are busy attending to other students. There really should be at least 3 teachers in a class of 15-18 2 year olds."
"finally, there isn't a quick turnover in staff! my child had 3 separate teachers in her toddler 1 class."
"I had high hopes for this day care center after doing some online research. I arrived and the tour leader was expecting me, which made me feel great. However, as soon as we started the tour and I started to ask questions, I felt as though I was an inconvenience. Unless I asked the questions, there was no information provided to me. And when I asked about the meal plan, there was no sample for me to see. I was told they followed the Michelle Obama food plan. While I'm sure that's a great food plan, how do I know if there is not a sample for me to see? While talking with the tour leader, my son reached up and tried to hand her a toy. I thought that was sweet he wanted to play with her and thought I would get a chance to see her interact with him. Instead, she looked at him with a blank face and didn't even talk to him. I will say that the classroom teacher working in the toddler room (I do not recall her name) was very nice and excited when we walked in the room. The room was clean and everything seemed safe.Based off price, this was my top pick. After my visit, I left feeling like my son would not get the attention needed. I'm still very bummed that we are going to pay more elsewhere, however, I feel very comfortable with the decision and the warm and fuzzy feeling we have found with another center."
"I hated it. The day care looks looks a government mental health facility. No colors on the walls. Dust hangning from celing of 3 yr old room. Faculty bios had basic words misspelled (2 yrs collage). Cribs looked old and worn and dirty. Tour guide seemed preoccupied and did not inquire into our situation or needs."
