"Our child is so happy to go to daycare! When she gets to school now, she is happy to jump right in. The joyous atmosphere was a main reason we chose ChildTime."
"Great experience starting with my initial interaction with Suneeta, the director. Very clear immediately that she likes children, likes her job, and understand the complexities of parenting personally. She was beyond accommodating at a time when we really needed it having moved from minneapolis to DC mid year. I think it all flows down from there. Engaged, affectionate teachers. A real effort to make a community. Great place."
"Very biased environment. Since we did not belong to a specific race and ethnicity, our sweet and precious child was discriminated against and mentally and physically abused. They apply punishments to toddlers.
From a mom to the other moms, please please please for the sake of your little ones ‘ mental and physical safety don’t leave them in that center."
"It is great school for children to learn and grow independently. Teachers are amazing and doing their job."
"Great experience! The curriculum the school offers is amazing and has really helped my child in her development. The only negative side about the school is when we first started my daughter was moved from one room to another to accommodate staff. I also noticed this is done with other children. I dislike and do not agree when children get moved from one class to the other. It’s very confusing for parents at pick up time and as a parent it is not a comfortable feeling when you find out your children has been moved.Recommendation- I highly recommend to train every staff on diaper change. My daughter would some days come home not fully cleaned and it was very upsetting to bring her home and coming to see she was dirty because they did not clean her all the way."
"Wonderful management and teachers. Appreciate the genuine care provided to my child! Keep up the great work!"
"This program is a NO for children with allergies. Also, if your child is hyper expect them to complain daily when you come to pick them up. I was paying all this money weekly to have the workers complain about things they should be able to reasonably manage as childcare professionals. After I enrolled my child here they claimed that she had a speech delay. So I signed her for speech therapy and counseling to attend in the mornings before heading to daycare. Then I asked this daycare to fill out a form for my custody case and they COMPLAINED that she was missing out on important things in the morning and she was ALWAYS late. How is that helpful to a single parent in a custody case? They never even asked why we were late or followed up to see if she actually needed speech therapy. They never explained that your child has to be there at a certain time. I mean, this is daycare after all, not school. These are things that a simple conversation with a parent could help everyone understand the situation and get on the same page. I paid the same price whether my child was there early or not. I also had to pay for all inclusive food, when I had to provide my child food from home. After the case worker for the Infant and Toddlers Program in Montgomery County attended a class to observe the teachers, she witnessed that the material the kids were going over was way too advanced for their age and completely unnecessary. My child always complained out how boring the program was. I even witnessed workers in aftercare handing my child something that she was allergic to and I heard that a kid was given candy with peanuts on Halloween that was deathly allergic. This program is only for normal kids that are not hyper or have allergies. I ended up leaving my job and doing home school with my child. It was the best decision I made! There's no point wasting money on an overpriced daycare that does not take into consideration the needs of children that are different."
"Wonderful! Teachers are caring and nurturing while ensuring boundaries and routines are clear and the educational experience is great! Also, Suneeta has been great, ensuring open clear communication during all the pandemic craziness. The teachers and admin are very timely and responsive to any questions or concerns. We are very happy with Childtime Bethesda!"
"Childtime has offered us the best daycare experience. The staff is professional, culturally sensitive, inclusive, and warm. My son has made connections with nearly all of the staff and he is treated with so much kindness and respect. It's clear that they really care for the kids and get to know them. Staff are open, receptive, and diligent. My son has learned so much during his time here and looks forward to attending school!"
"Great! Everyone is wonderful. We like the app features. One of my kids is complex and they do a good job with him."
"Very nurturing, particularly in the infant & toddler rooms. The transition to the two room was a bit diff"
"Everyone from the director (Suneeta) to the staff, including all teachers and Rosalie who consistently greets us with a smile...they've always appeared so happy and never irritated or frustrated. They are so loving in how they speak to my baby and get her ready to leave in the afternoons. I love everyone here!"
"I have loved the school, the teachers and how prepared my oldest was for kindergarten. Abosolutly great job!"
"We love Childtime! We are confident that our kids are loved and taken care of each day, and are setup to thrive in future school environments."
