The communication and transparency is wonderful, I feel like I'm always aware of what's going on with my daughter while she's at school. I'm often pleasantly surprised by the skills and knowledge my daughter has gained from her teachers. I feel that my daughter is safe here and that I can trust staff members."

"My daughter has been attending childtime for a little over a month now. As a first time Mom I was very hesitant about sending my daughter to daycare. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by the daycare! The live video streaming has been amazing. Additionally, I enjoy see her input/output when they track diaper changes and feedings. Any time I have had a question, they have been very receptive. When I asked if they would continue to do tummy time with her as we had started it at home, they were more then willing to accommodate. I am happy they are attentive to her needs and are helping her reach her milestones. When I pick her up from school she always seems happy. A big thank you!"

"At first I loved this school when my children where babies but since they have grown up and are starting to learn I would love to see the teachers actually take the time to post curriculum and actually showing me what my kids are learning. Since I can’t go inside due to COVID i feel like my child are just at a daycare and not a preschool which I pay for my kids to learn"

"It started off alright with Sami. Whitney really turned around the school. She was a bit nuts but she hired capable teachers and involved the students and parents in lots of activities. Jenny is meh. She hires anyone and the kids are suffering. One teacher yelled at my daughter to shut up when she was crying about a staple going in her finger when she fell on the floor. Other teachers are super nice but incompetent or have an attitude problem."

"I have noticed changes in the school in the last couple of months, I know there is a new director and transition is ongoing. I feel that the overturn in teachers has been significant, and the overall moral is low. I found out that there could be no Holiday parties this year due to religious and cultural issues, and I find that not acceptable."

"It was amazing up until the new director took over recently. From there the staff don’t know what their doing and don’t care. Kids are not watched properly or changed properly. If it weren’t the only school near me, I’d switch in a heart beat. The only thing keeping me there at this point is sheena and robin."
