"Initially my experience seemed good. The staff seemed to be friendly and to genuinely want to be there. However, my first concern was that some of the staff did not seem to be interested or see the value in building a relationship with my children, who were completely new to the daycare environment. I think this is crucial to integrating them and making them feel comfortable as quickly as possible. Additionally, recently there has been a lot of turnover, and my children have been moved from teacher to teacher and class to class. There is constant shuffling of the children from place to place and seemingly no consistency. Some teachers interact with the children, but others just sit in a corner and do nothing. Other rooms are so chaotic that no interaction can take place, as teachers are barely treading water to manage all of the kids (especially in the toddler room). I recently brought a cleanliness/neatness issue to the attention of the staff (stained, dirty, disgusting looking toilet in one of the toddler rooms--what child would want to potty train on that?!?!). There doesn't seem to be any willingness to take ownership to resolve the problem. I also requested that the staff partner with me on potty training my child, because she is interested. They said they would at least ask and encourage (that's all I'm asking), but I'm not sure that it's happening, given that she is moved around so much, the bathroom was locked with no key, and the toilet was disgusting. I'm starting to feel like there are always excuses. Basically I'm told this is the way it is and nothing can be done about it. My opinion of this facility is rapidly starting to deteriorate."
"The office staff is extremely friendly as are most of the teachers. I'm not sure how much my child is actually being prepared for preschool, which is a let down since that is what I'm paying for and ultimately why I chose to enroll. $756 a month is extremely expensive for just daycare, and I feel like that is all my child is getting. We pay the same amount every month for two car payments, so I would like to see evidence of more education happening."
"The quality varies with the director. Currently the director is wonderful. I do suspect that twobof the teachers recently hired are recovering addicts. One came to work last week with sores on her mouth. I was concerned."
"Overall, I am pleased with the progress my child has made since beginning at this school. She comes home singing songs; I was specifically pleased when she came home singing her ABC's. I feel that my children are cared for by their teachers. I enjoy the PreciouStatus app, and the updates I receive at work; especially the pictures. My one and only complaint would be the organization of the facility. There has been a change in director since my child started at this school, and the change is obvious to my husband and I. The organization of staff and events is very lacking. One of the biggest problem areas is shift change of teachers. There is a different teacher with our children when we pick them up. These teachers don't seem to have any idea what went on that day, where our children's belongings are, etc. I think the teachers would benefit from some kind of shift change report, similar to what nurses do at shift change. As for the director.. organization, and perhaps communication skills. I always walk away from our conversations feeling unsatisfied, and a little frustrated."

"The school was very nice and clean and I was greatly impressed with the interaction of the director and the teachers with the children. I love the individuality for each child in the infant rooms and made me feel like my child would be in a very safe and clean environment ."

"I love the school, written communication is professional but not all communication is clear to me at least. Recently I did not know it was manditory to do fall registration in the spring, and the office director was very direct on the last day it was due that it was manditory. When a sign says pay early and save money, to me there's an option to not save money and pay later."
