"The experience has generally been good. The teachers and administrators are great, the classroom is well stocked with equipment. The one complaint I have is around how the pricing structure has changed. We weren’t aware that pricing would increase throughout the year and it increased $13 a week after only being there for about 6 months. Also when we joined, one of the selling points around not having 2 non-paying vacation weeks like most daycares we toured, was that you could take as many weeks as you wanted, but still had to pay half price those weeks. Then at the beginning of the year, it was announced that those would be limited to 2 weeks, but still requiring you to pay half price. The fact that either of these things could change without notice was not made clear when we enrolled. We love the teachers at the school, but are getting very annoyed at all of the pricing changes."

"The directos and assitant manager are great. They are really friendly and listen to the parents of their needs. Ms. Emily (teacher from the PreK) is a great teacher, our daughter respects her a lot. Ms. Jenny from young infant is a great teacher. My son loves her a lot and I trust them with my kids fully."

"The teachers are generally very friendly and truly care for my child. Many are parents themselves with children in the school which makes me more confident about their care for my child. I have noticed many times when my child comes home with a new skill to show off either from directed education or simply socializing with others his age."

"I simply love the school, staff, environment. I’m not satisfied with my child’s teachers at all (not all). They never comforted my child when he was very low in the new environment. They do not interact well. There are other teachers who really cared and engaged them every possible way but those teachers didn’t stay in my child’s class unfortunately. Overall I would say it’s a good school and I hope my child will be much more better when he moves to a different class or if he under different teachers."

"Overall we have been very satisfied. This facility and staff members have repeatedly gone above and beyond for my kids, to help them feel welcomed and accepted week after week. All of their hard work does not go unnoticed. My preschooler has had a hard time transitioning into school, but miss Emily, Ms Ellie, Ms. Shay and all the other staff members have helped my daughter feel safe and happy there. The building is always clean, inside and out. I’m very happy with our decision to place my kids there and they deserve every recognition possible for all their hard work."

"I am overall happy with the institution. However, I have a few issues that I keep experiencing. If I ask for an update on either the app or in person I get no response it is only after I complain is when I get answers. The other issue I have is I only get few or so updates a day. Example: how is potty training go? Or other questions I may have? The lack of communication is frustrating. I'm tired of asking multiple times. Despite this it is still a wonderful center for my child to go to."

"My experience has been nothing but wonderful. The only most recent thing I notice for the past week was my son nose is always nasty and filled with dried mucus all over. He also had on a diaper that was too small and he was red with lines from it. I would hate for him to end up with a diaper Rash."
