"There has been so many terrible changes at Childtime. My favorite classroom was preschool. When Ms.Hanan was in there my child was happy to come to school everyday, she was so inviting and always treated everyone so fair! She would have her hands wide open ready for a morning hug. Ms.Amanda was her assistant, the two of them always gave the parents updates on the day. Even if it was a bad day the girls would find something positive to say about my child. We still attend childtime but you can tell the difference with the way that room was run from how it is now. Miss. Hanan is the best teacher for any child! "

"Overall, we are pleased with the school. No place is perfect, and we could not/should not expect them to be. However, at this location when concerns are brought to their attention, they are addressed immediately. My child in particular has special needs and has often run into some issues with safety concerns. Instead of immediately trying to kick him out due to safety issues, they have WORKED with us. Given us suggestions on how to talk with him about it AND changing things that they can do to be more accommodating to his needs. That is all that we can ask and expect and it is SO appreciated."

"There has been a lot of change with the teachers in the building. One teacher who will loved was Ms. Hanan. She always had great communication even when my child didnt have the best behavior. She went out of her way to help my child before his behavior got worse. She was always interactive and found the smallest things a teaching experience. When she told me she was leaving she reassured me that my child will be in great hands in prekindergarten. Ms. Hanan is still in and out with her new teaching position, it's good to know she is still around for all the kids. Ms.Ayanna is all curriculum driven that's why my child is still there. Thank you ms. Hanan and ms. Ayanna. You are the true definition if a teacher. "

"Overall, we have been pleased with the school except for the most recent incident of leaving our child in the classroom alone. However, Ms. Susan has been a delight. She actually follows up when our child has to miss a day, offers to assist in anyway she can if there are changes in his routine (he was recently diagnosed with Autism), and she genuinely expresses concern and empathy when we share concerns. So overall, we feel that she along with the other teachers that are now there genuinely care. Often teachers that do not interact with our child on a regular basis will greet him or tell him goodbye, by name! So it's refreshing that it's like a branch of our family. Kids spend all day there, so that's a nice feeling!"

"Overall, our experience has been great. We moved back to the area after being away for 5 years, so we looked at several other options before deciding. The staff is always friendly at this location. I wonder why there is a question about what they wear, though. I don't normally pay attention to that, I don't think that's important in this situation; as long as they are comfortable and able to effectively do their job, I do not really care about what the staff wears."

"Overall, the staff has been great. However, there has been a huge turn-a-round. The classroom curriculum seems to be good, but the summer camp program has been lacking."

"The staff seems to be very unorganized and I feel this is due to lack of appropriate and consistent guidance from a director. There is excessive staff turnover. Also, there has been a state investigation involving one of my kids teachers and there have been protestors outside of the school. The quality of education is satisfactory and some of the teachers really go out of their way to interact and understand my child’s needs and behavioral characteristics. However, I feel that a lot of the teachers are burnt out and are probably just as frustrated as the parents."
