"My overall experience has been decent. My favorite teachers are Ms. Rose, and Ms Michelle at the Lathrup Village location in MI. I wish there was more of a discount you could offer to the teachers and assistants for their children. It feels strange to watch them take their children to another childcare facility because they can't afford to bring their children to the school they work in. I actually receive a larger discount through my work than you all offer to your staff. I know it can't be easy but I think making a plan to figure it out and the investment would payoff in the long run. What if you could offer people with a certain tenure (the average timeframe a teacher usual resigns from your company) 50% off of tuition and if they continue to do well in your company and stay another amount of years, free tuition. Just a thought. I do workforce management and career building for the company I work for, and would be more than happen to offer ideas."

"I was very pleased with the tour itself, and the staff that I met during the tour. However, I had a major issue with the call center. I was told by the representative that there WERE spaces available at the specific location I was interested in, but after speaking with the director of that location, I was told that they won't have any openings for 3 months. I understand the call center wants to get parents in for tours, but it was rude to mislead me into thinking I would be able to start my kids in the program immediately. There needs to be an honest answer to that question from the very start. I would have totally written off this daycare chain if it weren't for the location director contacting me directly to let me know the truth about their openings."
