"I had a very pleasant experience, the director made me feel very comfortable and pleased with the services that my child will receive here."
"Overall, we've had a very positive experience thus far. Our daughter has only been going to Childtime for 6 months and she's our first so my wife and I are still getting our feet wet as parents (we're total rookies). It's a true testament to the staff that when we drop our daughter off she genuinely seems very happy and comfortable being there with a smile on her face. She loves all of her teaches very much specifically the loving and nurturing personality radiating from Ms. Shevon (spelling?) as well as Ms. LaQuida, Ms.Bobbi, and Ms. Laura. They all seem like good down to earth genuinely kind people which make us happy as parents that our daughter is in the care of them as we feel they are an extension of our family."
"We like and are very happy with the school, and we will miss the staff when we move later this summer."
"The teachers make my children feel welcome. Every teacher knows their names and they are kind, caring, and friendly. Their curriculum is age appropriate and my children always impress me with what they have learned at school."
"This is a great place to take your child, the staff is very loving and accommodating. Their commitment to safety and cleanliness is great. They need to pay their staff more as any child care facility does. As a company I would like to see the high amount we pay as parents go towards the staff. You get what you give and when it comes to children it is very important that we take care of who takes care of our children."
"We love the staff and have always been happy and referred the place. Our only disappointment (and its minimal) has bee with regards to transitions."
"I really like the school and majority of the teachers. We director also works with us to get the cost down, which is why we continue bringing our children. Overall, ed like the school. It would be great if all rooms required a change of shoes that are only used in the class room. The room looks dirty on bad weather days. And then the kids are playing on the floor, sitting down to read books. Changing shoes would also contribute to a healthier environment at the school overall."
"Very happy with the school. Warm environment and my daughter loves it!"
"Amazing staff and great environment"
"I love the Director and staff, my only concerns are during the Winter the sidewalks are not continuously cleared and the parking lot is small so it is very busy during drop off and pick ups."
"My daughter loves attending Childtime. When we drop her off for school she loves to give her teachers a hug. It's a great feeling to know your child doesn't cry when you drop her off and she feels comfortable with whom you are leaving her with. The lunch menu does need some improvement and they need to hire an actual cook, but overall we appreciate Childtime. It's expensive as well."
"Unfortunately, I have been unhappy with the teachers in my child's room. The first teachers we had were magnificent. The new teachers are inattentive nearly to the point of gross negligence. While the director has been open to hear our concerns and changes are often made, they do not usually last more than a week or two. The inability of the director to effectively enforce rules and changes on her staff is only slightly less concerning than the actual frequency with which we seem to be discussing staff issues with her. Realistically, if there were any cost effective alternative in our neighborhood, we would have left long ago. It pains me to say this because the room one teachers were so marvelous and we had high hopes for this school. The other children are great, the parents are great, but the teachers and management leave so much to be desired it cannot be overlooked."
"Great! Very happy we chose Childtime."
"No one ever answers the phone and the daily sheets are useless."
"Good. Friendly, caring, and competent staff.FYI I had to give a false response to age because you didn't have a 1-2 year age bracket. You have up to 1 and then 2 years unless you mean newborn to 2 in which case it is totally not clear."
