This survey is far to long and takes much longer than the 5 minutes stated in the newsletter, especially if you would like to receive thoughtful answers. Recommend cutting this by at least half and maybe rotating the topics so that the questions are different if you need to send it out multiple times per year. School Feedback: Our daughter loves going to school here. She talks about what she does each day, the friends she plays with and the teachers that she learns from when we are at home. With the updates on the app, I feel like I'm not missing out on everything and it brings me such joy to see photos and videos of her smiling and laughing during the day."

"Honestly I was so scared to bring my first child to daycare and almost decided to leave my career. After checking into different places, from the tour, I felt that he would be safe which was my highest priority. With time I became much more comfortable with leaving him and so thankful for all the staff does to help keep the kids safe and happy. Now having my second (infant) there the fact that I can go to work and not worry about them is the best feeling in the world. Stephanie and Michiko are so good at communicating what is going on and always respond quickly when I have questions. It is easy to see that all the teachers really love the kids and want to help them grow in a happy environment. Cannot say enough good things about my experience."

My wife and I are very unsatisfied by the lack of professionalism and quite rudeness from the Staff starting from Stephanie, the School Director at the East Bluffs location in Newport Beach which seems having some serious difficulty being polite and at least say hi or good morning when we drop our child or pick him up everyday. It almost makes us feel unwanted in that school. People that cover administrative positions in a school should have some manners and be a little more professionals. If you are a Director and you treat parents like garbage because you are unhappy with your job and/or your personal life you shouldn't be there in that position. Period! No excuse. This is one of the main reasons why I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. Sorry but this is the way I sincerely feel and this is not intended to be a meaningless critique but rather give you an opportunity to improve things and seriously take a look at your admin staff and make sure they properly represent your brand in a professional and dignifying way.
