"I really love the staff at Childtime. They are wonderful and caring and I trust them 100% with my children. I feel they are understaffed and this is a disservice to all. My 3.5 year old is stuck in the 2 year old class because there is no room to move him up. He is not being challenged where he is and it is a factor in our considering leaving. I also feel the staffing issue is why PreciouStatus is under utilized in the Twos room. There has also been a significant turnover rate in the past year which makes me question what might be going on in the corporate side. Again, I have no complaints with any member of the staff and feel they work hard and passionately but do feel the money I pay should allow the center to be staffed and supported adequately. The likelihood of leaving the center is very high but I would like to stress this is a monetary decision and not a reflection of the hardworking staff."
