"Stephanie Stephans is an incredible director. She loves the kids and approaches everything as a partnership. She gives sound advice and helps reinforce lessons we are focusing on at home. I have always been happy at Childtime and impressed w/the personal and individual care each teacher provides the kids, regardless of whether they are in their class. Since Michiko Hennessy has become asst director, the home-y feel has only increased. The touches she has added, such as the monthly emails where she calls out birthdays and fun facts for each bday child, are examples of how well they know each child and how much love they have for them. Every teacher is amazing. Miss Carla is incredibly special to us. Her firm but loving style has shaped my kid into human beings-cleaning up after themselves, manners, potty trained. I love her. I can’t say enough positive thing about the teachers at this school and I can never thank them enough for all they have done. Thank you, Heather Haniford"

Stephanie and Kelsey are fantastic administrators and it's great that they are so involved with the kids. I really appreciate the communication throughout the day with brightwheel - seeing photos and videos make me feel like I'm involved in my child's daily activities."

"When I enrolled my child, it would have been nice to receive an orientation. I received the family handbook, but specific information about my child's classroom was run was not included in the handbook. For example, I was not told to bring a change of clothes for my child, or sheets/blanket for nap time. Also was not told that Friday you take sheets home to wash them. Or, on Friday there is share day, and everyone brings a toy to share. It would have been nice to know this information before starting, instead of having to figure it out on my own."

It is very clean, the ratios are low, and we have loved our daughters teachers up to age 2 (have even asked some to babysit). We have checked out other schools and have yet to feel this connection, safety, or cleanliness."

"I was hoping to be wowed, but instead walked away thinking it would be fine. I want to feel like a first school experience would be more than fine. The teacher doing the reading time was not very joyous or enthusiastic. Maybe it was an off day, but if I'm paying for someone to teach my child, I want to feel like that person loves what they are doing and is going to develop a sweet relationship with them."
