"The facility exceeded my expectations and offers more options than I was aware of prior to the tour. I'm looking forward to having my children attend a trial day to see what they think. I was highly impressed with the facility and the options available for care."
"It is always understaffed, they do not have stable leadership. This school happens to be closer to my house and it is convenient for me. Also the other schools around the neighborhood are full and have long wait list, otherwise I will change my child."
"Ms. Kristen, Ms. Faith, Ms. Perla and Mr. Mike as well as ALL of the staff truly care about the kids, their families and the environment. They do such a great job. I love them like family and am so thankful for all that they do."
"I love Mrs Perla and Mr Anthony. They are so professional and sweet. My daughter loves attending this school for camp and I'm so impressed. She will be back next year for sure."
"The school is in a convenient location, but I often feel like it is not worth the cost. Our family was originally attracted to this school because of the consistency with the staff (many had been there for several years) as well as their nurturing attitudes. However, in the last few months, there has been a revolving door of people in my children's lives who we don't know and was not made aware of. We often walk into the doors of the school, not knowing who will be there and who will not. Currently, there is no director at the location. While the interim director is nice and accommodating, it would make us feel more comfortable as parents to leave our children in a place where we know the same people will be there each day. Children need consistency and this place does not seem to have it lately."
"I loved their early years teachers. I loved Ms. Clark, The private kindergarten teacher. We didn’t like Ms. Mary the director as we had caught her in lies. But, we as a family our children included loved their teachers. Ms. Betty, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Hailee, Ms. Jayme, and Ms. Clark. Unfortunately, only Ms. Crystal and Ms. Jayme are still staffed. This past year we have had a horrible experience with Ms. Keana. There has been many days we’ve picked them up upset based off her comments. Such as she told my daughter when she got her haircut “Why did you do that?” And then gave her a nasty look. She makes and says unneeded comments. She is to be a teacher she is not a family member or friend there to hang out and pick on them."
"Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! I love bringing her there"
"Love Amber and Marissa as well as my Boys teachers Ms Jamie is awesome and even tho my son isn't in her class anymore she still loves to hear about how he is doing and has great advise on how to help him in school. I really enjoy talking to Amber and Marissa when I come in. Also love helping to raise food and do all the fun events that come up during the holidays."
"Our childtime location is friendly and nurturing. It seems like all the teachers know and love my child, even though they are not in the infant room with her."
"Until the director change I was very happy. Afterwards all communication ended and it because a different environment. There is no consistency with who staffs each room."
"The staff and managers are amazing! They are very loving and nurturing and are very in tune with my child. It feels like a family, since most staff stay for years and years and watch your child grow. More outdoor space, smaller class sizes and hands on learning experiences is something is that needed."
"For the short time that i had my daughter there was amazing. The staff and facility are phenomenal. If childtime was more affordable even without seeking financial assistance from NACCRRA i would definitely bring my daughter back to childtime "
"I have said this many times to the staff and anyone that will listen. The staff are amazing. It is hard to believe you can have a staff made up entirely of compassionate, kind, loving, capable caregivers. They have gone above and beyond taking care of my daughter. It is hard for a working mother to leave their children but when you add to the equation that it is a special needs child, that changes everything."
"We love a couple of the teachers. In fact, that’s really one of the only things still holding us there while we look. It goes back and fourth. Generally, we don’t feel like it’s a “home” for our children. We hate that we are constantly looking for a better place. We would have swapped sooner but unfortunately deployments have stumped some of those efforts. We feel like a lot of things can be improved."
"I feel that my decision to begin care with Childtime wasn't difficult. From onset of meeting with the center director and touring the center, I felt my child would be safe and engaged in enriching fun activity. Upon entry to the center, you are not only greeted by the staff, but also by the smell of good meals being prepped in the kitchen. The rooms and staff reflected warmth and cleanliness that made me feel comfortable. The staff truly gets to know you, and makes an effort to check in with you during pick up and drop off. I love the Brightwheel app that allows me to see his progress daily throughout school. My decision in the coming year to send my little to public Kindergarten or continue here for private Kindergarten is very difficult because the care they give and the growth I see in my child has been excellent!"
"I adore the director, assistant director, and teachers at this school more than words can describe. I am an educator and there are times when I am critical on educational content and/or proper teaching styles when working with young children, but this staff always tries theirs best. Above all, they genuinely show care and respect for the children who attend their school and I know my child is looked after."
