"Ever since Ms. Taffy left as director the school has gone downhill. The new teachers are sketchy and their is constant turnover. New teachers yell at students. With Ms Kristol and Ms. Connie leaving, I don't feel comfortable leaving my kids there."

"Prior to the current director, I would have been able to write a glowing review of the center, staff and directors. I am so thankful for the leadership of Connie and Christol, because without them, I am pretty sure a mass exodus of both staff and parents would be happening. Also, I do not think that questions that combine staff, teacher and director with a rating should be used, as it is not an accurate reflection of the center and can skew the results. I suggest the survey be broken out by director, staff and teacher; not questions that are all inclusive, if an accurate reflection of the center is truly what you are after."

"I really enjoyed speaking with Connie, meeting the teachers and touring the facility. This will be the first time my son is entering daycare and I'm very nervous. Connie and the staff addressed my concerns and really put me at ease. I ended up enrolling my son at the center and look forward to him attending. After the tour I have great confidence in the capabilities of the teachers, the quality of the interaction with the staff and children, and his safety while in their care. I arrived nervous and questioning and left excited and confident in my decision."
