"This is job is not worth the money. Almost nothing is worth the abuse, overworked, and underpaid wage they give. My coworkers are awesome and my pharmacists are even better. Bu, they get no such breaks, they barely have time to use the bathroom. Each of us has to get yelled at, cursed out, or receives some sort of unnecessary comment about how we are "neglecting their health" because we're obviously your caretaker and should know what you want by the sound of your voice. Every shift is an adventure, and usually one I'd rather not have again. CVS is a horrible company and the only reason I haven't left is because the people I work with are amazing. People are not worth the effort."

I am sorry but this sounds like a generic response. There was no miss communication about my insurance. She lied, was too lazy, and incompetent. I am out $70.00 if she would have told me they don’t take BlueCross BuleSheld when I asked if she ran my insurance (remember she said yes). I could have used Good Rx. It would have coast me around $11.00 to $15.00. So this generic apology is not expected. I will never set foot in a CVS again. Have a good day.

CVS Pharmacy is extremely disappointed in not being included in the network. It was not our desire or decision to be excluded. I reviewed the purchase there was coupon used on both prescriptions, If you are unhappy with this change and service disruption, we encourage you to share your concerns with your insurance company. Again another generic response...Only this time you made the effort to shift blame to my insurance carrier. My insurance carrier is not the responsible party in this transaction. You state that YOU are aware of the change in the Blue Cross Blue Shield change, yet either you failed in informing your pharmacy associates or your associates lacked the competency or even worse the ethics to preform their duties in a professional manner. The result takes food off my table, gas out of my vehicle or funds away from maintaining my household utilities.
To you this may sound a little over dramatic, but then again you’re not the one who went to your local pharmacy trusting them to be honest and professional only find out you’re just another drop in the register...
I hold no blame against you and the fact that Blue Cross Blue Shield and CVS do not have a contract, I do however hold your company fully responsible for not answering my question of coverage honestly. What saddens me most is not once in your correspondence did you take ownership of the mistake made by your associate...it’s not even so much about the money as it is admitting YOU made a mistake.

"Ordered $100 products online for my sick kid 7/20. All in stock at my local store and site supplied me with a 24 hour delivery -arrival 7/21. Supplied my Cc - charged. Email receipt within minutes of charge- delivery 8.18!!!! A month difference? What! Called CVS online ASAP for refund. They would NOT refund my card. Said I could “return items to the store when I receive next month”!!! Now I have to leave my sick kid, go to the store and buy the exact same products for another $100+++. That’s a lot of money and they totally took advantage and bait and switched me. I’m livid. Posting everywhere. Shame on them "
"They have screwed up time and again but I was furious waiting for 1/2 hour on the phone only to be hung up on. I called that store 3x. I finally yelled "DON'T HANG UP ON ME" She was in such a hurry to get me off the phone, I barely had time to ask my 2nd question."
" I am very **** off!!!!! Words can not explain how I feel right now. My wife was seen by the Dentist and Endodontist for a root canal and pulled tooth. The Dentist prescribed her antibiotics and pain medication. She went to the CVS that we usually go to and they did not any in stock. So they gave her the antibiotic and sent her to another CVS location to get the pain medication. the pharmacist was rude as hell, disrespectful, and accused my wife of being a drug seeker. This same pharmacist was rude, disrespectful to the Dentist on the phone as well. This is so unprofessional and he should be fired. As a medical professional myself it applauds me that some of us act this way. This type of behavior makes us medical professionals all look bad. Were in the occupation to help people not degrade people based on race, creed, looks, actions, or otherwise."

"First of all, it is amazing how expensive some prescriptions are. One of my prescriptions is a topical gel, and after my insurance it costs $101 at CVS, yet through Good Rx I can get the same gel in the same amount for $45.
Secondly their app and web site do not work. It tells me that 3 prescriptions are ready, yet it won't let me move those prescriptions to my cart to pay for them so I can have them delivered to my home.
This is a very difficult pharmacy to work with."
"CVS continuously denies me the convenience of ordering my medications online, by putting the medications “on hold” in their system. When I asked their pharmacy staff why, they say “I don’t know”. Store management told me to get over it, because “it’s not a big deal”.
So, they have denied me a service that they offer all their other customers and they can’t provide a reasonable explanation for denying said service. I have to spend anywhere between 5-45 minutes on the phone, each month, to do something that would have taken less than a minute, had I been able to order online. Then, on top of all this inconvenience, their staff tells me that they are busy and I should have used the mobile app (their app is not available to me; so, as soon as CVS decides to make their app available for everyone, I’ll be happy to check it out).
This is not the only issue I’ve had to deal with over the last year. The continued hostility of this store has aggravated my medical condition. I have asked repeatedly for a solution and they refuse because they “can’t understand what the big deal is”.
If you have other options, I would suggest you use them. Do not come to this store (store #9256, Phoenix, AZ). "
"I recently needed to renew my 13 year old blind dogs eye drops. Due to the virus my eye doctor was closed. I tried several days to reach my eye doctor. Finally I contacted my regular vet who sent the prescription to CVS. I usually get the drops through Allivet for $21 because they have all of my eye doctors info. When I went to CVS they charged me $104 . I asked them why they were ripping me off and they just shrugged. When I filed a complaint with the BBB teir response was the same to them. They also wouldnt take thevunopened sealed bottle back. Please do not shop CVS . They are without a doubt price gougers"
