The c v s in Denison threatened to fight my husband
The c v s in Denison tonight threatened my husband. Told him to met him back up there at 10 PM SO HE COULD GRIND HIS ****!!!"
"First of all, it is amazing how expensive some prescriptions are. One of my prescriptions is a topical gel, and after my insurance it costs $101 at CVS, yet through Good Rx I can get the same gel in the same amount for $45.
Secondly their app and web site do not work. It tells me that 3 prescriptions are ready, yet it won't let me move those prescriptions to my cart to pay for them so I can have them delivered to my home.
This is a very difficult pharmacy to work with."
"CVS continuously denies me the convenience of ordering my medications online, by putting the medications “on hold” in their system. When I asked their pharmacy staff why, they say “I don’t know”. Store management told me to get over it, because “it’s not a big deal”.
So, they have denied me a service that they offer all their other customers and they can’t provide a reasonable explanation for denying said service. I have to spend anywhere between 5-45 minutes on the phone, each month, to do something that would have taken less than a minute, had I been able to order online. Then, on top of all this inconvenience, their staff tells me that they are busy and I should have used the mobile app (their app is not available to me; so, as soon as CVS decides to make their app available for everyone, I’ll be happy to check it out).
This is not the only issue I’ve had to deal with over the last year. The continued hostility of this store has aggravated my medical condition. I have asked repeatedly for a solution and they refuse because they “can’t understand what the big deal is”.
If you have other options, I would suggest you use them. Do not come to this store (store #9256, Phoenix, AZ). "
"I recently needed to renew my 13 year old blind dogs eye drops. Due to the virus my eye doctor was closed. I tried several days to reach my eye doctor. Finally I contacted my regular vet who sent the prescription to CVS. I usually get the drops through Allivet for $21 because they have all of my eye doctors info. When I went to CVS they charged me $104 . I asked them why they were ripping me off and they just shrugged. When I filed a complaint with the BBB teir response was the same to them. They also wouldnt take thevunopened sealed bottle back. Please do not shop CVS . They are without a doubt price gougers"
"Dottie is always very friendly and helpful."
"All I can say is shame on you, CVS, for not caring enough to protect your employees and customers. You would think the health industry would be the first to jump on things like that. NOPE!"
"very unsatisfied !!!!!!!!"

"This location on 76th and Oklahoma in Milwaukee Wi. has the worst customer service. I have not been on hold trying to talk to the pharmacist for over 40 minutes. I have actually tried calling for the last 3 days and have waited over an hour...only to give up. I hate going into this location as the techs that work their have no idea about customer service. I have heard them talk about customers in a bad way, maybe a hippa violation I don't know. They have been rude to me... I have been the only one in line..and i've had to wait sometimes up to 15 min, before I actually recognized. If my insurance wasn't a part of this company and if i had the opportunity to go elsewhere i would in a heart beat. By the way I have now been on the phone waiting for over 45 min. to speak to someone "
"CVS Pharmacy on 199 NW 2 Avenue, Miami, FL ... I had the most horrible experience in my life. Waited in line for one hour and 30 minutes. Just to be waited on due to my Mother's doctor placed an order for strips, the wrong strips were delivered. So she called and was on hold for one hours and 10 minutes no one answered. She was just on HOLD. I called and was on HOLD for 45 minutes until I just hung up. On Monday, she spoke to a pharmacist, explained everything they were going to re-order prescription. Meanwhile I went to CVS on Wednesday, after waiting in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The pharmacist supervisor said they can place and order, they didnot have any strips in the store. I could buy them over the counter at another location. Why pay if Mom had insurance and they were covered, she was insensitive, rude and really didnot care. The next day I went to another CVS in Broward, she tried 3 times, was put on hold for a hour, and hung up on 2 times. I told here see what we go through. This is no way to treat customers. Over a decade going there never been treated that way.
Does CVS have a policy, if you speak spanish you are in a different line???? Everyone was in line over an hour Spanish lady came to front of line went to spanish speaking cashier whom was working the drive thru. She process her prescriptions within 10 minutes. I am she said she only spoke spanish, it should not have mattered that was wrong. If your Company have policy of white, spanish one line all Blacks need to wait. Please let me know, I will post it in Facebook and everywhere else. Due to you are in a black area.
Last but no least there was an elderly lady in the waiting area she put her prescription in a 1pm, it was not until 5:30pm did she receive her prescription. That is so unfair. Then she had to call transportation again this is so unfair and inhumane, I really felt sorry for that elderly lady, that could have been my Mom.
Something needs to change at this location, it was not like this before, everyone in line was saying the same thing.

"Effective immediately I am having all of my husband’s and my prescriptions transferred to Walmart. This is my second official complaint in the past 90 days. No longer will we use CVS Pharmacy especially store #4896. Once again I have been attempting to get a prescription, this one for Lotrel, transferred for my husband with NO results. This time I have made 4 phone calls over 2 days. Each time being promised my request would be ready today. When I called the 4th time at 8:30 this evening the pharmacy had no clue about my previous calls.
This is not acceptable customer service. Stress is highly detrimental to my health. Apparently my health and customer satisfaction are not important to CVS. Therefore I am taking my pharmaceutical business elsewhere and will post a social media review expressing my disappointment in CVS. I will also personally recommend changing from CVS Pharmacy to elsewhere to my family and friends.
Sincerely dissatisfied."
"Every time I try to get the 90 day refill for my medication, they say they don't actually see the prescription until it is time to refill it. So if I request it 2 days early, they don't see it. Then when they see it they have to order it, which takes 1-3 days depending if this happens over the weekend. I understand state and federal regulations on controlled substances but CVS needs to work something out so customers are forced to go without medications."
"That’s horrible the fact that people with no CVS card cannot benefit on product in sale. Whether or not I possess a CVS card, I am still a client."
"CVS has gotten worse and worse. The pharmacists barely speak English. They are understaffed. Long wait times. Long hold times when calling. Their app is terrible. The service is pretty non existent and their new multi dose pill packs is horrifyingly managed. I have been loyal to cvs for over a decade but it is no longer making my life better or easier. Time to move on."
"Picked up prescriptions today. Lady pharmacist told me I had 7 dollars I could spend on anything I wanted. I let my 4 year old Grandson pick out a toy . The cashier told me I didn't have a card so I couldn't use the money. Then I had to explain to him that some people are just plain bad. Looks like she could have let me apply for the card then."
