While verifying our order and correcting a few cabinet sizes, the sale code changed and then changed again. This was difficult to communicate to my customer as it was about an 8% swing. I wish that there was a way to go back in time and somehow lock in the discount while we completed our design and purchase. I was working with Samantha in Customer Service who was going to work out a solution for me but I never heard back."

Then submitted 2 days later talked with designer Travis, who was awesome! He had a few questions and advice, finished the design in a day, visualized super realistic! Ordered a couple colors of the Shaker II design which to a couple days, and hit BUY from Travis's proposal email. 5 Min later my cabinets are ordered with a 6-8 week lead time I hope they meet! Great experience so far, and love the samples that are 24"x24" panels to let you really see the style and color... Can't wait to install them!"
"I had a lot of fun designing my kitchen with the design tool on the website. Once submitted to my designer, she made some great suggestions and gave me my order list. We took advantage of a huge sale and ordered the cabinets. Two weeks later they were delivered and in perfect fully assembled condition. Because the design was so accurate they went in easily. The designer budgeted all the trim materials perfectly which I did not think of.

Overall it was an excellent experience and the quality of my cabinets exceeded our expectations. They are gorgeous and save us thousands from local quotes. I did have a contractor friend assist me on making sure they were installed correctly and aligned because none of my walls and ceilings were straight.
Cabinets.com are legit and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to DIY or bridge DIY with some help. We did the frameless shaker II cabinets in thunder gray lowes and bright white uppers. Almost all cabinets had pull out drawers with soft close and one 24-in floor to ceiling with pull-outs. All doors are soft close.

"The design phase of dealing with cabinets.com was fine. My designer made multiple changes to the design based on my wants and measurements. My cabinets arrived just ahead of the projected date. There was some damage to the cabinets which is what keeps me from giving a higher rating. The lazy susan carousel was loose inside the cabinet causing some scuffs. Not a big deal but something that shouldn't happen. Either assembly needs to be packed separately or some packing inside cabinet incase it comes loose as it did in my case. Secondly, there were some minor dings on the corners of the face frames. These will be hidden by molding so not a big deal either. Finally, one of the toe kick pieces on one base cabinet came off. The hardware holding it on failed and I had to reattach it.
On another note. I haven't heard from cabinets.com since shipment arrived. You might expect some reaching out to make sure I was satisfied considering the cost of these cabinets. "
