"We've renovated kitchens in the past and have ordered higher-end cabinets for them through big box stores. Since then, it's become clear that they no longer really want to be in that business. If you can find/schedule a "designer" at those places, they pretty much only serve to print out designs and quotes. Our experience with Cabinets.com has been soooo much better than that.

The online design tool helped us to easily try a few potential designs out, and the designer (Holly K) that we worked with to finalize the design was incredible! (very responsive, offered great design insights, and was very detail-oriented on the design/quote that she produced for us.)

We're really happy with the service, and the cabinets seem to be on par with (or in some ways better than) those offered through big box stores (at much higher prices).
