"Cabinets are made better than some high end brands. The bottoms of the wall cabinets are finished. Beautiful color. (I picked Belleair in toffee with coffee glaze.) Samples are also an excellent perk. Customer service was quick to respond and worked with me to order edging for sides of open shelves. Delevery was a breeze. Overall these cabinets are great and if anything goes wrong, customer service makes sure you're good. "

"When I began working with a designer from Cabinets.com everything was going smoothly. We placed the order for the cabinets. After the order was placed the designer noticed that one of the cabinets was the wrong height. She cancelled the order for that individual cabinet. Her email to me stated "Customer service will take care of this for you." To me, that meant that I didn't need to do anything else. When the cabinets arrived that same cabinet was still missing. I contacted the designer and she said that it was never re-ordered. I thought customer service was re-ordering it for me? Designer said that I got an email from someone else in the company with the order details. I did not receive any email like this. I was told my only option is to pay for the cabinet and the $250 in shipping AND wait the 9+ weeks for it to be delivered. After I reached a supervisor he asked me to send proof that I didn't get the email. (???)

The minute this company had my credit card number they stopped caring about my project and their customer service ceased to exist. I would not recommend this company based on my horrible experience.

Not only could I find it quickly on line (with friendly and knowledgeable help) but they offred a code for free shipping.
