"Providing the pdf of the design requested by our client went very smoothly. The Cabinets were processed and delivered in an acceptable time, though for some projects, the long lead times could be a problem.
Biggest issue is support after the cabinets have been delivered, if there happens to be something else needed, the questions and responses were a bit disappointing.
Most of the time, cabinets are one of the last pieces of the construction process, so any lag, misinformation, misinterpretation of the plans, obtaining of materials, all need to have a seamless and quick response for me to increase the satisfied stars for Cabinets.com.
Sent them another design, so we will see what happens on this returned quote.

At the last minute, after coming up with a few questions, I sent all my specs to cabinets.com and was assigned Carrie as our designer. Carrie worked it all up and presented renderings and added items we really needed, but didn't realize we needed to make everything come out the way want.
