"I know we are getting close to the holiday, however I ordered my product weeks In advanced. They sent the mug with my Picture which was good but then On the top of the mug and the bottom it said" Write your Text here" I mean really? Than I asked them to expedite the order the correct way so that I can have it for my occasion and they said they couldn't do it. Ive used this company for years however they just lost a customer. Such sorry customer service. "

"I ordered 3 canvas pictures with wording on them. When I received the pictures the wording went off the sides and over the top & bottom. Called the customer service line and talked to s pleasant lady, but it was like she was reading from a script. They requested I send in a photo of the pictures, which I did. Quickly received an email and apology stating they would replace the pictures and I would receive by 7-30. On July 30 I had not received or a notice they were on their way. Sent another email and received another quick response and apology stating the pictures had not been sent. They credited my $7 shipping expense. As of August 8, no pictures or shipping notice. Needless to say I will never order from this business again."
"Cafe Press items were fine, just what I expected. However, I dislike it when a company says,
"here is your welcome code for 25% off your first order" and when you go to pay NOTHING you ordered "qualifies" for the discount. I will not order from them again because of this almost fraudulent tactic."

Deciding maybe they run small, ordered a couple more in XL.
After the usual 2 weeks of waiting, received my shirts.
Washed on cold and dried prior to use, and noticed upon removing from the drier that the seams are coming unstitched!
I had opted for the spendier "fitted" T's at 32.99 each.

"Although Cafe Press reflects you can indicate at check-out the item is a gift so the recipient knows who sent them the item, they do not offer this service. I called customer service about it, and they said they no longer offer that service. This is terrible!"
"I ordered a woman's 2xl tank top and received a shirt that was about a ladies' medium, though labeled 2xl.
Contacted customer service online, received a prompt reply and an offer of an exchange for something else or a refund. No need to return the shirt in either case.
I opted for the refund, received it, and will donate the shirt.
The quality of the tank top is very nice, and I'm so disappointed that it's way too small.
The 4 stars are for the excellent response by the customer service rep., Roxanne."
"I ordered four tee-shirts to my address in Switzerland. Of four, two were the wrong tee-shirts. The other two were correct but the colours were not very attractive.
They had come from the Czech Republic but there was no arrangement for returns; the only redress was a telephone number in the USA!! Very expensive from Switzerland! No email address. Nothing else! With the cost of long phone calls as well as possible postage of tee-shirts I was going to incur costs in excess of the actual value of the tee-shirts. Plus I had already paid half as much customs duty on these tee-shirts as the value of the tee-shirts. BIG LOSSES ALL ROUND.
No way am I going to do business with this company ever again."
"I was excited to get matching shirts for my best fiend and I. My friends shirt was shipped through DHL (terrible service, I didn’t even know businesses used them anymore)! Mine was shipped through fedex with a 21 day estimated delivery. My tracking hasn’t updated since the 3rd of August... poor choice to send after I paid for shipping for each item. 3-5 day flat rate shipping would have been a better option, and cheaper.

I have used Cafepress for many years ordering from the USA site. Willing to pay for the postage even when the U.K. site is free because the quality of the tee shirts and the sizes were fantastic.. The last order from them was end of last year and still fabulous.I have just ordered some more from the USA site and payed the extra postage..The order came from the Czech Republic .. The quality and size was so bad to what I’ve had before..So sad, was such a good company......"

"CafePresss was so helpful when, through my own fault, ordered the wrong shirt and needed to return it. Someone name Nadia took my call and could not have been nicer despite it being my fault. I am also a vegan and environmental activist and this company had so many pro-vegan and pro-environment shirts from which to pick from in so many colors. I found this site from my daughter who customizes her children's clothes all of the time. Wow, what a find. We could not be more satisfied!"
