Horrid

"Horrible! I ordered something weeks in advance to have for an event - they day I was supposed to receive the items they canceled my order. Unacceptable. Will never, ever use them again."

Pretty sure they sre frauds

"So the xxl pants fit like mediums. The shirts were printed bkack on black so you cannot read the print. My order was 100 dollars and the refunded me 33? I emailed about where they got this refund amount and received no reply. My bank account received authorized transactions shortly after this order, i would bet it cane from ordering from this site."

Hello, I received my two necklaces just now. I am totally disappointed

"These necklaces are awful. They are cheaply made, I could have got them from a vending machine. Everyone out there, you're going to be disappointed if you order this. They are cheap, they are very bendable, they're dirty on the back, and I'm not impressed. Over 70 bucks to get to Canada, and it's a total rip-off. A very disappointed customer, I will never order again."

Paid extra for guaranteed priority shipping...and it STILL DIDN'T COME ON TIME!!!

"I ordered a shirt for my husband for the 4th of July. I even paid extra for priority shipping to guarantee it's arrival before the 4th. I just got notified it will arrive the 5th. What a waste of time and money! This company stinks!!! Don't bother upgrading your shipping...they don't care. What a dishonest company!"

They rip-off customers and designers.

"Do not sell with your graphic art with these crooks. They tell you that you will get was 15% commission on sales but then months later you find out that was a lie and you're only getting 5%. Then there's also a $6.50 "SHOP FEE" that they seem to arbitrarily charge when they want. When you call to complain and inquire about your earnings they conveniently can't find any of your information. This has happened MULTIPLE times so they are either crooks or totally inept at business. I think it's the former given how much trouble I've had with them and how it compares to all the other sites that I sell on. "

Item Ordered Does Not Fit:)

"I ordered a pair of Mens Pajama 2XXL they arrived quickly and looked really nice. The tee shirt was somewhat tight and the pants did not fit at all. I called customer service this morning and the young lady who works for them was very nice and apologized for the item not meeting my expectations. She said that a refund for the amount of purchased would be refunded and just keep the pajamas. Also, I asked her about the the size and she said that 2XXL would run a little small, this should have been mentioned on their website, just be careful placing your order. Otherwise, I am pleased with the customer service and sad that the pajamas are way too small for me. "

Screen printed canvas bag-not great!

"I ordered a canvas bag with the state of Oregon printed on the front. It arrived 3 days before the estimated arrival date which is nice, but when I opened it up, the bag is small and cheap. The screen printing doesn't look black, but dark gray and grainy, not clear and crisp. It's a disappointment overall for the price. I think I could have done a better job and also found a sturdier, better quality bag at Michael's. I can't recommend this company for further purchases."

License plate frame

"The frame was made of some cheap, thim metal alloy ( not chrome) with the message glued on. Wonder how long before it rusts and the message falls off. Not worth the money!!"

" Showed glitters on the #1 shirt for my granddaughter’s item as crap. I could have done better. Both shirts I ordered, wished I read the reviews before ordering, what I thought were going to be awesome. Very disappointed"

Cheap quality; very slow shipping

"I ordered a personalized license plate frame (total with shipping charge $25.98). All it is is a frame with the message printed on a sticker. The sticker was coming off before it was put on the vehicle. Very cheap quality.
It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Not acceptable in this day and age of speedy delivery service.

Love my sweatshirt!

"I went online to write a review and was shocked to see the low ratings. My sweatshirt arrived two days before the estimated delivery date. It is great quality and there are no errors. I did read carefully prior to ordering (as I always do) and saw that the sizes on this item ran quite small. I ordered two sizes up and it fits perfectly (even over a flannel shirt). My order was not a custom order, so don't know if that matters. I'm a happy customer."

I AM A STOREOWNER SINCE 2011

"I am missing some of my commissions from sales of my designs on your products. As a single mom of a disabled child I am appalled to find out after I have recommended you to my friends and others as a place for them to start their own stores that you have ripped me off of some of my commission money. When I tried to figure out the source of this, I go into my Merchant Dashboard. There I see all of the sales products I have sold. When I sold my very first sale, I should have made $10 profit. But when I go to click on the photo inside my Merchant Dashboard to see the shower curtain I sold, instead of showing my my product page with the final sales price information, it takes me to your general directory on shower curtains so I can not even see the shower curtain that I sold that I should have made $10 profit from. That is for starters.

I have other sales AFTER that item for a total of 9 sales to this day - 2/14/2018. AND when I went to another sale which was a throw blanket, according to the listing I made for the design when I uploaded it to your website, I had a profit of $6.50 from that listing for each sale. Well when I sold that, according to your Merchant Dashboard, instead of the Normal Retail Price that I had listed the blanket for $59.99 to only make the $6.50 profit from at the time I listed it for sale, the person who bought my blanket bought it on sale for only $39.95 and you said in addition to that in your Merchant Dashboard - click on the photo of the sold item listing - in that very same listing that the original price was $54.99 which was only $1 more than your price from your original listing where you make $53.49 per blanket and leave me as a merchant to mark up the price so that is why I chose to list my sale price for the blanket at $59.99. You never told me that you were going to lower my original asking price of $59.99 and you never asked my permission to do so, and on top of that you do not show ANY SALES COMMISSION FROM THIS SALE IN MY MERCHANT ACCOUNT. This is just the SECOND item that I sold in your store out of NINE ITEMS TOTAL that you have YET TO PAY ME A COMMISSION FOR - SINCE 2011.

MY TOTAL PROFIT TO THIS DATE - SINCE 2011 AND 9 SALES LATER, AND MULTIPLE STORES IN MY MERCHANT ACCOUNT IS A DRUM ROLLING TOTAL OF ONLY $10 AND SOME CHANGE... NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT MINIMUM THRESHOLD PAYOUT MINIMUM OF $20.

AND TO THINK I HAVE BEEN TALKING SO HIGHLY OF YOU AND REFERRING PEOPLE TO YOU -- WHEN YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO TREAT YOUR SHOP OWNERS WHO ARE UPLOADING THEIR OWN PERSONAL COPYRIGHTED ARTWORK ONTO YOUR WEBSITE TO ASK THEM IF YOU CAN LOWER THE PRICE ON A LISTING WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND THEN EXPLOIT THAT BEHAVIOR IN ORDER TO POCKET FINANCIALLY * ALL * OF THE PROFITS AND TO PREVENT STORE OWNERS LIKE ME WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO MEET YOUR MINIMUM PAYOUT LEVEL TO START A BUSINESS?

SHAME ON YOU. THIS WILL NOT BE THE LAST TIME YOU HEAR FROM ME. I GUARANTEE IT. AND I ASK THAT OTHER STORE OWNERS IN CAFEPRESS START LOOKING VERY CAREFULLY AT THEIR MERCHANT DASHBOARDS AND GO THROUGH EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE AND LISTING YOU MADE AT THE TIME OF YOUR CREATION AND SEE WHAT THE FINAL SALES PRICES WERE ON YOUR PRODUCTS. AS COPYRIGHT OWNERS TO OUR OWN ARTWORK, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR ARTISTS TO NOT BE EXPLOITED IN SUCH A WAY. AND I HAVE 7 OTHER SALES I AM MISSING COMMISSIONS ON ALSO !!!
