"Received 1st order, and tiles glued in upside down. Received replacement and tiles glued in sloppily and package had almost no packing material. How it wasn’t damaged is still a mystery. "
"READ carefully before ordering sweatshirts. I ordered 2 and didn't realize they were 90% cotton - 10% Poly. Being mostly cotton they were quite wrinkled when they arrived. I immediately washed them and they came out of the washer and dryer more wrinkled than when they went in. The only way they would look ok is if you IRON them. I'm not one to buy things that need ironing myself. I will not be ordering any more if they are all 90 Cotton 10 Poly. To be nice looking they need to be about 50-50"
"I ordered a I LOVE ALGEBRA Wall Calendar as a Christmas gift for my daughter who is a math teacher. The calendar was ordered the first week of December 2018. When my daughter opened the gift, everyone started laughing because it was a 2017 Calendar. I called CafePress and the lady told me that the vendor did not show having the 2018 calendars available. I told her “who would pay $10 for an old calendar.” She offered to refund the money but told me she would have to use the promotion code that I had used with some other items which I had ordered, therefore I would get back less money. Bottom line- be careful if you order a calendar type of item,"
"One of the worst online shopping experiences . I ordered a T shirt 2-3 days before Xmas...the delivery date keeps getting pushed ahead and its now been almost 15 days.....I still do not have the order delivered!!! The person for whom I ordered the t shirt has even left and I could not give him the gift!!"
"I purchased two tee shirts for my daughter a few weeks before Christmas. They came before Christmas but upon opening the package I could tell they were going to be too small for her. I just called today on 1/2/18 to find out how to exchange the shirts for a bigger size. The lady was very nice and said she would ship the new order right out to me and that I could keep the original shirts or give them away to charity. I told her that they are brand new and have never been worn, and that I want to return them. She said that they would just give them to charity if I returned them, so I am keeping the shirts and giving them to a local charity myself. I could not believe how easy it was to do this exchange!!"
"You should be able to give no stars just big red XXXXXX's. Awful customer service. Won't respond properly to direct questions. Just give the usual garbage answers which won't even address your actual question. LIE LIE LIE about delivery dates and even fill orders for products they don't have and then cancel it without telling you. I am not mobile and have to shop online and they really screwed me. I felt so sad for my nephew who I was supposed to get two certain items for and never got them. Thanks for ruining it for him CafePress. I should have listened to sooooooo many bad reviews about this company. I actually found a small company right here in town that can produce a lot of stuff so they are now doing the order for me AND the price is half. When I told them about CafePress they knew right away about the awful customer service and overpriced products that aren't always what you ordered."
"Purchased a hitch cover for Christmas that said 'Proud to be a Navy Brother' for my Husband. When I purchased the item the delivery date provided was December 22nd but it did not arrive until today, December 28th. Ok, guess that can happen. However, the product that I received looked very different from the picture on the website and the label on the actual product that I received. The wording on the picture was cut off and unreadable. I called Cafe Press to ask for a replacement expecting to receive help to make it right but instead I was told that they do not make the product but that they just ship it for the seller. When the lady looked on her website she stated that the product looked exactly as I described it (letters cut off) and that if I wanted a replacement it would exactly the same. I explained I would never have purchased it if you couldn't read it. She also told me that I could send it back for a refund but I would have to pay for the shipping.
At this point it's not worth sending it back for a replacement or a refund because it will look exactly the same and I would have to pay for the shipping either way.
It blows my mind that the person/company that actually made the hitch cover doesn't care enough about quality to ensure that the product they are creating/selling is good so that the customer will want to buy from them again. Even though Cafe Press is just a 'shipper' for a product, you would think that they would care about their reputation and not sell sub-par products but apparently they don't care. The lady that I spoke to in customer service had such a 'don't care' attitude and seemed to be annoyed that I called. At this point I will just count it a loss and never buy from them again. I would highly recommend that you save yourself time, money and frustration and shop somewhere else."

"I placed an order on 12/18/17 for a blanket and paid $13 extra for it to be here before Christmas. My email confirmation said it would arrive by the 22nd. I checked tracking today and it was still in process. I called and they told me it wasn't expected to be here until the 27th. They kept telling me my confirmation was wrong so I will not be ordering from them ever again. I forwarded them a copy of my email and of course they claim they are right and I'm wrong. It's a glitch in their system. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered cause I never would have ordered from them and I never will again!!!"
"I place an order for 6 Christmas cards on 12/1/17. Tracking showed that a shipping label was created on 12/4, but on 12/13, no order, and tracking showed that it never left the warehouse. My shipping was refunded, and a new order placed. I was assured that the order would arrive on 12/19. On 12/20, FedEx showed that the order arrived 2 hrs from me on 12/17, but never left from there. It also stated that there was no expected delivery date. Today, 12/21, I received an email to say that they will refund my money. What a waste of time. "
"We live in a where one can order online, in one or two days the order is on it's way to you. I wish that were the case but sadly it is not. I ordered this printed sweat shirt with a stock print, in other words this was not a custom picture or anything that needed any art work. By standard I mean one they offer on the site so you could assume they have the template. I accepted the basic postage, in fairness the predicted date of delivery was the 5-8th of January 18, however, we have all been conditioned to companies delivery time frames, typically the delivery time given is longer than expected to stop the calls piling in when the product does not arrive as quickly as the purchaser would expect. This was ordered the morning of Dec 14, today is the 19th Dec, I called this morning but was told by the Cafe Press agent that the '"system was down" so they could not check on the order, at 4.30 pm Pacific time I did speak to the agent and was told "we are very busy due to the Christmas period and it will take 6 days for printing". I questioned why I was being penalized due to their miss handling of their quotas, the agent stated that I accepted the shipping dates, while that maybe true there was nothing to state on their site that printing would be delayed. I explained it was not my fault if they were exceptionally busy and could not have a plan to manage orders. I am somewhat familiar with printing shirts which can all be completed in 1 day. The agent claimed that no facility existed to change the shipping to a more timely form of shipping without cancellation of my order. I doubt this is true, if it is Cafe Press needs to fire their computer techs and get someone with half a brain that can figure out this very basic problem. NOTHING WOULD BE DONE BY CAFE PRESS TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR ADMITTED DELAY!. I will NEVER buy anything from this unprofessional organization EVER again. BE WARNED!"
"I purchased 2 golf pillow cases from cafe press.. the logo was printed on backwards and the quality was very very poor, i spent over £33 inc delivery and asked for a refund, when i eventually got a reply i was sent an email saying a refund of under £20 would be paid back into my account and i could keep the pillow cases!!!! Believe me the quality and backwards print is enough for these items to go straight into the bin.

"Order was incorrect, the glass was supposed to be two as advertised and it was one. The quality was so poor! Was a presidential seal glass set (supposed to be anyway) and the seal was crooked and transparent. Called three times for my refund. The first time they said they'd send a shipping label to send the glass back and issue a refund. No refund so I called back and they said the refund is coming and I can keep the glass (it's in the garbage). Third time I can't get anyone to answer their 800 number. This makes me distrust Amazon for even allowing them to be a vendor on their site!"
