"I was looking for a Darfur shirt that was stylish, comfortable, and reasonable in price. After looking at various sites I decided to go with CafePress simply because within this site I found the most creative design for this shirt I wanted. Personally I feel that their base prices (the price they make right off the bat, so the creator of the design has to up the price a bit to make a profit) are a bit high. But I decided to go for it simply because I found a $5.00 off coupon that I could use. Now to the actual review of the product and the experience.
Quality of Item: 8 out of 10
Like I said I ordered a long shirt and one thing that I noticed upon closer inspection was a very thin white border going around the design (obviously not supposed to be there by the picture shown on the site). Nothing really too obvious but a sign that their printers may not be of the best quality. No other complaints. The shirt seems to be made out of good material.
Shipping: 10 out of 10
Received an automatic e-mail notifying me when the item shipped. I received the item promptly soon after. Shipping was a flat $5.00 rate.
Overall Rating: 9 out of 10
Would have probably given them a higher rating but like I said above their base prices are a bit high considering what you are getting isn’t perfect (at least in my case). The shirt was definitely excellent in quality overall. Highly recommended."
"The design and order process was excellent. Not hard at all, easily placed my website's logo on the shirt. The problem came with delivery. Myself and my website's VP ordered a shirt for each of us with my site's logo on it and our names. We ordered the shirts separately with our own accounts, so as far as adding the logos and whatnot to the shirts we did that seperately. Anyway, when I got the shirt, it was the shirt my friend ordered. When he got his shirt, he got my shirt. Now sure, it's probably safe to assume we know each other, we ordered the shirts on the same day probably same time, but thats not the point. This company should pay attention to what they're doing before they screw up on something bigger. The product itself is decent though."
"I ordered two Ringer-T's with my website logo as a sample of a future need for promotional merchandise. The ringers where ultra cheap, being translucent. You could see my hairy chest and nipples right through it! Such poor quality product should not have made it out the door, but it's not my company is it. The jet black print was also almost grey it was so light, but that may also have had to do with the poor quality of the tshirt material.
On the plus side they gave me two easy options when I called to tell them of my disappointment. They offered replacement shirts, which I pondered shortly but decided I didn't want that option, so they gave me a full refund. So in the end, I'm neither pro nor con completely, but I doubt I will ever try them again since their ringer t looked so nice, was fairly expensive, and wound up a total disappointment.
