"I ordered a funny license plate frame from CafePress.com on 12/8/08. A short while after my order I got the confirmation email saying the order had shipped. Unfortunately the address was off by a single letter (this was my own fault; I had filled the address out wrong on the form). I wrote to their customer support asking if they could just call the shipper and correct the address to be sure I got it. They wrote back immediately and said that they had re-shpped the order with the correct address and that if the original one came, I could just keep it! I was very impressed by this and told them so.
