I just wanted to say what a great job Nandy did for us last night. The problem turned out to be my Samsung Windows 10 drivers were corrupt on my PC, which wasn't a phone fault at all and not Callcom's problem. However Nandy replaced the driver and completely resolved the problem. I am absolutely delighted: in fact, I would be prepared to pay Callcom a support charge to cover his time. It's not often I volunteer to pay a charge, and perhaps this shows how impressed I am - and not least with his patience when I had difficulty installing TeamViewer."

"Although my Note 4 screen cost a lot more than the 'fixed' price advertised, the guys did a great job after explaining the problem, although this should have been made clear from the start. After all, you are advertising as Samsung 'experts'. However, it was still a lot cheaper than other quotes. Phone looks great! You really need to make it easier for people to comment though. No wonder you don't get many reviews! You sent me an email asking me to review your service and I still struggled to find the place to do that.
