"Purchased the Grab One deal and paid extra $25 for the 2 day turnaround. Screen repair was done and phoned returned to me within the 2 day timeframe so very happy.
What I didn't realise in having the screen replaced, was the phone must have been taken off the network so had to set up new date and time for text messages to work and emails weren't working. Got in touch and had a reply very quickly explaining what to do to sort these 2 issues out. Very happy with service and communication and lovely to see my phone without the broken glass and everything working."
