"My Samsung S3 was dying (home button doesn't work, cracked screen, second battery starting to lose capacity, USB socket becoming unreliable) so I was very keen to replace it. The price was good ($488) for the S5 so I ordered it. But the delivery was delayed and delayed some more. I had fairly prompt replies to my txts (but not emails) and I kept the faith. And yes it eventually turned up, in good condition. Thanks for the warranty extension.

"First I smashed the screen of my Note2. Then I tried to replace the screen myself with my home tools and a hair-dryer. I ended up breaking the LCD underneath the Glass.
Callcom provided the most economical repair service in whole of NZ. The closest competitor was doing this for NZD 250.
I sent the phone with the battery (minus the screen & the LCD) and got my phone fixed as if new.

If only they had local service centers in major cities, it would have taken less time to finally decide on who to call for help. Anyway, I am happy to have selected CallCom."
"Was really excited to find callcom - it all started so well sending my phone in to get the screen fixed. Being told straight away the lcd had to be replaced as well so went ahead with paying for lcd as well (another $130-ish) repair. That was the end of contact for a month. Despite me emailing and trying to call (no phones were connected) naturally I started to panic I had been ripped off. Only saved by a guy called Thrace who seemed to be the only person working for callcom in the country. And that was only when I got extremely ratty with ultimatums etc. But he was good and explained they had been waiting for parts (how am I to know that if no one will answer my emails - there was none of this awesome contact others speak of). Even after all this waiting the lcd is white rather than black but it doesn't really matter - it got fixed in the end hence giving 3 stars. Contact was really really bad!"

I had to email several times to ask where it was and what was happening which made me feel a bit nervous about the money I'd paid.
