"During such a difficult time all a company can do is just try their hardest to get shipments out. I’ve been on the phone once with them and the worker was very honest about what was happening and why everything was so slow.
The Covid-19 pandemic is slowing all shipments due to a overflow of orders. Workers are very understaffed right now so all I can say is bare with them.
I was not given any information on the whereabouts of my order but I’m not super worried as I know as time passes my order will eventually come.
If any workers that work at Canada Computers see this keep working as hard as you can. I understand that times are very hard right now and you are all trying to do the best you can.
Stay safe.

"I have purchased my items over 10 days ago, and they are still marked as processed. The money was withdrawn, they do not answer emails, I have been sitting in their live chat over an hour with no response and when you call them they are "unable to respond to my call due to large volume of calls", ironically they then transfer me to leave a voicemail to a number that is inactive... SO far I am afraid it was an actual scam... "
"TERRIBLE experience. I have bought for 960$ on April 25th, we are now May 8th and I had no answers from them in regards to where my order was at, received no tracking number. I am trying to call them AT THIS VERY MOMENT, been told by the system it would be approximately 13 minutes wait, it is now 30 minutes later, still no answer. This customer service STINKS and I think I have been scammed. I JUST WANT MY COMPUTER PARTS!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! ORDER FROM NEWEGG OR AMAZON, EVEN."
"”I wanna distribute a new PC, so I placed an order on April and that waste my time to wait a half month to get an payment failed email! another half month ago, the $1000 refund I still did not get it back. I was stupid that I placed another order with a motherboard and cpu, waste my time again!! I tried to call and email them, and it's like my words simply fall on the deaf ears. NO RESPONSE, even a word, no! I tried to connect them on twitter, the guy only knows to see 'go to talk with customer service department.'
never ever buy anything in this stupid Canada computer, luckily it at least one star, I will give it zero"

"I placed an order for a monitor and a computer case from off of Canada computers' website in April. According to their online shopping FAQ, it takes 1-2 days for payment to be confirmed, after which the order is shipped within 1 day. It ALSO said that they send you a tracking number to your email when it has been sent.
When all of the other parts arrived for my computer from all of the other Canadian computer part retailers arrived, I became curious as to what had happened to my Canada computers order. I guess I'll have to live with that curiousity, because two emails to their customer support and numerous calls to their various contact numbers have not resulted in a single word, spoken or typed, by another human being.
I would strongly recommend anybody looking for any sort of computer part find somewhere else to get it from, as this experience and the lack of communication from this company has been extremely frustrating."
"35 days passed still waiting the item to ship.
Do not beleive what canada computers mentioned online. They might say the item is in stock but it would not be.
Canada computers will not repond to your emails properly and it is extream difficult to connect to the customer care line. I used to wait for 1 hour to connect to them that too works only on Saturdays. No hope connecting them on weekdays."
"would not recommend even to my worst enemy. don't even bother calling... minimum 50 min wait just to be disconnected, or you cant even get through to a service rep. only way id do business with this place is in person. dont buy online... half the product you order ends up being back ordered 2 days later. "
"I purchased a computer at the Kingston Location today, curbside pickup because of COVID 19 measures. I looked on the website, ordered the computer, called the location for pickup, and went and received it. I got to my car and opened the bag and the computer is clearly used and inside an Open Box. This was not shown anywhere on the website, nor was I told when purchasing it that it was used. I immediately walked back to the store and was told by the staff that sometimes the information online is not accurate, and that I can’t return it, I have to try and exchange it sometime in the future! He did ask if it was noted at anytime either online or when I was completing the transaction that it was open box / used, I said No, the website didn’t say it was used, and the employee also didn’t say it was used. Furthermore on my receipt, a portion of the selling price is listed as a warranty that I was never told I was paying for, or asked if I wanted it! Not until I opened the bag once I reached my car, was it apparent that the computer is tagged as open box. This is gross misrepresentation and a clearly intended to hide that a product is used. Unbelievably brazen of this business to sell used merchandise as new and then use the context of the COVID 19 as justification for not accepting a return. "
"Order my stuff online, money was charged on my CC and got a email stating that two of my items are on back order. It has been a week now and I still have no received email or responds from customer service department even after logging two tickets asking for an ET.
Call their customer service line, and just received an dead signal.
Well never shop online ever again."
"No customer service at all phone line doesn't just goes to a busy signal eventually and no response from email."
"After 4 attempts to talk to someone i finally got a response. i had an SSD i purchased fail, manufacture says its under warranty and i must go through the retail outlet i purchased through to get it replaced. When CC finally got back to me they asked for the order number that was already included in all 4 contact attempts, then tell me they can't find that order as existing ever and ask when it was ordered. once they have that info they tell me the drives out of warranty. i tell them yet again mfgr shows it in warranty and directs me to deal with them for replacement. The mfgr will replace the drive it just has to go through CC and they are refusing to do anything about it. so if something comes with a longer warranty than what CC deems you should have they will not get it replaced for you and not help.I'm not sure why they're selling hardware they will prevent you from getting warranty on but its enough to drive me away as a customer now for future purchases. I'll definitely be dealing with other retailers in the future."
"They list items in stock but when you buy it says that they are backordered.
Then to pricematch an item while buying online, you need to buy it first and then go to customer service and ask for a pricematch.
Even if they approve, they can later on refuse it .
Asked to talk to a manger they said well the company changed policy on GPU only because of the virus so they dont price match any gpu anymore. Explained that they approved 2 times my price match and it doesnt make sens to refuse it now and ship my gpu.
Now its been 2 weeks that I am waiting for my refund and still nothing.
Dont know how a company can work like that. In store no issue but online it is a nightmare "
"I went to your London store last evening to purchase a toner cartridge for my printer. Initially I was going in for the ICan TN1030 cartridge that is listed on your website, which shows 4 in stock. The clerk informed me that they were removed from the shelves to the backroom because Brother wont allow you to sell them anymore. I was not impressed. The clerk further told me that they were out of stock on the Brother TN730, and only had the TN760 which they wanted $89.99 for. I entered your store expecting to spend $25 including tax and was not prepared to spend close to $100.
Needless to say I left the store empty handed. In this time where people are braving the covid 19 virus to shop, and come to your stores, I am extremely upset and disappointed that your store would not sell me the item I came out for. I was not looking to clear shelves or buy an outrageous amount, I wanted 1 so I could get back to work.
And the fact that your voicemail is full and no one is answering the telephones or even the live chat is making me more and more upset.
Perhaps customer service isn't important to Canada Computers. Needless to say this whole ordeal has spoiled my opinion of the company.
Oh 1 more thing. I could not even order it using your online store. My total bill did not exceed $50 so it cleared my cart and kicked me out. And since i cant actually talk to anyone, my hands are tied. I will have to find another place to get some toner from.
Over 60 minutes on hold to get hung up on and over 45 min wait for live chat. Ridiculous.

"Canada Computers do not do price matches even if they say they do. They have literally put in their statement banning any types of offers which would allow them to price match period. When you message them, they will tell you it will take 24-48 hours for reply (how long does it take to find out information in today's world?). Then when you call them back they will point back to their policy which litereally says you are completely out of luck because they really do not do price match.

"Canada Computers is an absolute scam. They sell broken computers for full prices. I bought a laptop for $500 and it randomly crashed two months later. I sent it back, it got "repaired," and broke again 3 weeks later. Absolute garbage and they take no responsibility for selling broken computers. They are making profit off of selling people trash and are still somehow operating. I don't understand how this company isn't disgusted with themselves. I don't have $500 to blow, but they don't care. Greedy and disgusting company."
