Sent me the wrong inner tube for the tires i purchased at the same time after i specifically called them on the phone to verify that i would get the right inner tubes for my Safety! before i placed my order! Tube showed up saying on the box that it is NOT intended for the tires they sent me. Soooo... they wanted me to pay for the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the proper tube they should have sent me in the first place After i all ready paid for shipping!! Then after Arguing with the 'Director' Tammy for an hour there position Didn't change! And they had the Audacity to say it could work even after Metzler said it was Not the right tube for my front tire application. I thought they were a good company at first but them forcing me to pay for a measly $7 shipping cost for their f**k up after i just spent $1000 that month alone is not acceptable in the accountability department! I would give them 0 rating but its not an option!"
