poor communication

"ordered two items, one was backordered, which I was told 3 weeks after ordering when I contacted them to see where my order was. I asked them to ship the item that they had and send the backordered item when it was available. Another 2 weeks to get my items (they still waited for the backordered item before shipping). Very unimpressed with their service."

Terrible service.

" Took almost 2 1/2 weeks to get a part. Placed the order midweek, did not get processed until the following Monday. Did not ship out until the Monday after that. Called three times and got three different stories. Finally arrived and showed by the shipment label that it sat around for almost 2 weeks before leaving wherever it came from."

Terrible Customer Service !

"After receiving my device on time ( Axxess CHTO-02 ) , I've installed it in my car and it didn't work . I tried to contact Car Audio Giants by Chat Online during the opening hours and first big surprise nobody to answer . The web site proposed me to let a message on the Chat Online service but it seems that nobody read the message . So I decided to contact them by mail for a techincal support because after all they are supposed to be some specialists and second big surprise they answered me that they are not offering technical assistance at this time !!! They proposed me to contact myself the manufacturer ! I did that and after many tests with the device , the manufacturer told me that it was probably defective and it needed to be changed . I've contacted again Car Audio Giants to ask them what to do to send them back the device because there is no return form online ( not very professional ! ) . They finaly gave me a return # and an address where to send the pack but of course I had to pay for the shipping . Once they've received the pack , third surprise they sent me a email to tell me it is being to be inspected by one of their technicians !!! ( so finaly they had one !!! ) and if the device is really defective , it will be sent to the manufacturer to be changed or repaired which could take several weeks ! So far after one week I even don't know what is happening despite they told me they will let me know .That means after almost four weeks I decided to purchase that device at Car Audio Giants , I've paid for the device and the shipping back and I have nothing . Their customer service is a disaster ! They should be ashamed ."

"i would say overall the company seems great. great prices and very helpful...ONCE you actually get ahold of someone. the fact is if you call their number 99% of the time you get a voicemail. if you actually do get through you speak to a very nice lady who is very helpful but then out of 4 calls i got disconnect every single time. on average i would say i was on hold for approx 40 min before i ever talked to someone. thats is the only issue. other than that once you actually contact someone the service is great. it is just finally getting someone to talk to that stinks. "

"My Clifford remote needed to get replaced and the car/audio place that did my initial installation wanted $325 (including pairing). If I purchased the replacement remote from somewhere else and had them pair it with my car it would be a $40 charge (Their hourly rate). I purchased the replacement remote for $165 and paired it myself (took less than 5 minutes). Thanks for saving me up to $160. The only negative thing is...it took a week (standard delivery) to get the remote. In an age of 2-day (Amazon Prime) shipping it seemed to have taken forever, but I'm a little impatient. :)"
