Two weeks after I ordered my remote I was emailed with a tracking number saying my order was on the way. A week later I receive an email saying my purchase was on back order. Called twice and sent an email to find out what was going on. Never got any real answers other than we are sorry for your inconvenience and will send you a pair of earbuds to compensate . Not that I was worried about it but I never received those either. The only thing I can say is that I finally got my remote "
