"Firstly online it says the product was in but it wasn't. The item took over 3 in a half weeks to come. They sent me a UPS tracking label saying the item shipped and they hadn't even gotten the item in stock yet. They are very rude and don't like to help you. They are juat liars. "

"My experience with CarAudioGiants was miserable. I ordered a car stereo from their website and was notified the next day that the stereo was not in stock so they offered me another comparable stereo, I said that would work but was then notified the next day that that model of stereo was also not in stock. Frustrated I cancelled my order and ordered a stereo from another company that actually had inventory! AFTER cancelling my order I was emailed and told that the second stereo they offered me was shipped....they charged my credit card even after I cancelled my order. Frustrated I called their customer service and asked what happened. They told to go ahead an return the stereo and they would refund my money....big hassle for a cancelled order!!! Supposedly the stereo was shipped but never made to my house (either stolen from my door step or never shipped??). I again called and asked for a refund for the stereo that never should of shipped in the first place since the order was cancelled!! I requested to speak to their customer service manager and was told they were not at the office and would call me back....called twice again. No response back! So frustrated. I was willing to disregard the fact that they advertised merchandise they did not keep in stock but to ship a cancelled order and then refuse to at least partially refund the stereo that never was delivered is horrible customer service! "

"I placed an order online for a Pioneer FH-X720BT. It was an older model but they had it at a very low price. Shortly after placing my order I received a call from Wendy stating that the stereo that I had ordered was discontinued and offered me the current model for the same price. I gladly accepted as it was listed on their site for $30 higher than the model I ordered. Shipping was quick. My installation went smoothly as well using the Metra dash kit and harness I bought from them. The only issue I ran into was trying to pair my phone to bluetooth but I called and spoke to Mark and he was able to walk me through the pairing process and it was much simpler than I thought. "
