I call back many more time and no answer also no reply back to my many emails also I made 5 of my friend call the number on the website and when he answer and You tell Him you want to return the HIDKIT he hang up on all 5 of my friends Who all call form deferent numbers too. "BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company Carxenonhidkits sold me an hid kit for my truck and knowing the kit has LIFETIME WARRANTY as described on their website. Well a year and a half later the wiring harness for the kit has gotten defective. I have spare bulbs and spare ballasts and determined those were not the problem and the wiring harness being the problem. After explaining to the ****@**** guys they said no problem they will ship out a new harness right away. One month later still havent received anything so i email the company again and they continue to say that the package got "lost in the mail" when they refuse to provide me with a tracking number. So now here we are 3 months later and still have not received any warranty or tracking number to my package that they supposedly sent out a while ago. BUYER BEWARE i wouldnt purchase anything from these guys again because your package will probably get "lost in the mail" "
"I ordered a 55W Hid kit from this company & they sent me the wrong color bulbs & the wrong wattage ballasts as well. I was like how do you even do that. I paid over $100 for the kit & I had to deal with that. So I called customer support & the guy David said he would send the right ones to me at no charge. I got the right bulbs & ballasts, about a week later my ballast goes out. Then I called customer support again & talked to David again & I complained to him saying what kind of HIDS are you selling? Then he says they are the best on the market. He offered to send me new ballasts, & I said if they will work good then yes. When I got the 3rd pair of ballasts, I still had issues with the HIDS & when I called customer support & asked for a refund, David said he would not give me a refund because he sent out so many replacements & he was complaining to me about how he lost so much money because of me. I was like well maybe if you gave me good quality HIDS we wouldn't have any issues. Then he hung up on me. When I tried calling back multiple times, it kept going to voicemail. I even emailed multiple times but still no response. This was my worst experience of buying a product online. "

"I purchased from this store feeling confident because of all the ratings posted on their website as well as the 30 day purchase guarantee. So I ordered the part. One for my truck and one for my wife's. I installed the lights according to the directions which were very poorly translated into English. Neither of the sets worked. I contacted customer service and got a voicemail. I didn't leave a message then several minutes someone called me back. When I answered, that person said he just missed a call from this number (like it was a personal number). I told him what was happening and he said he would have technical support call back. Two days later I sent an email indicating that I wanted to make the return, again, no response.
Finally I called, less than a week after receiving the parts. The guy who answered the phone was the most unprofessional goon I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Within one minute of the conversation I began to record the conversation. The guy called me an idiot. He said that I installed them wrong, if I knew how to read I could make the install. When he finally offered the RMA number for the return he said that he was done with me and that he didn't want to hear back from me. Unbelievable. I called back several moments later and it was the same guy and we got into it a little bit. He laughed then started singing a little bit. Later on, after about 10 minutes I told him that I had been recording the conversation. His tone changed dramatically.
I sent the lights back with no faith that I would be refunded and what a relief to find that a couple of days after delivery confirmation I was issued a refund.
In short, never, ever, ever, ever do business with this company. If not for the low quality product then certainly for the low quality customer service.

"I had the same problem others have had - I should have gone to my credit card immediately at the first sign of trouble. Instead I carried on a very long correspondence after CarXenonHIDKits sent me the wrong part and they refused to give me an RA# for the incorrect part they sent. Customer service was simply atrocious, DEFINITELY avoid this company. Wish I had room to share the correspondence, they lied repeatedly throughout. Truly awful company. "

"I ordered HID kit for 2011 Toyota Highlander after i did quick research i found some bad reviews and wanted to cancel my order like after 2 min when I ordered i called they picked up I asked them to cancel my order they just stalled me i called like 4 times they just kept stalling until they all ready shipped out! I called PayPal which where i payed with and they said they have the money on hold which the seller can do anything until its resolved they said i have to wait 10 day now i receive a message saying my order has ben shipped which paypal said it won't be shipped because we still have your money. Hate paypal and this.

"The company falsely advertises "Made In Germany" when in fact their product is made in China. Think about it, do you think a product designed and made in Germany would actually sell for so cheap? I verified this by looking at the wiring harness labels. The labels on the wiring show a Chinese company. Additionally, my friend bought an identical product from a different website from China that had a different box. Basically, some chinese company sells this product and it's resold by various online resellers with their own company labels. The customer service for this company is non-existent. I've been trying for 5 months to get warranty service for a ballast that broke after only several months of usage. They keep on lying by telling me that it's on the way and keep assuring me they're consulting with Fedex to determine why the product hasn't yet arrived. Come on, 5 months??? This is ridiculous. The product is crap."
