"I had the same problem others have had - I should have gone to my credit card immediately at the first sign of trouble. Instead I carried on a very long correspondence after CarXenonHIDKits sent me the wrong part and they refused to give me an RA# for the incorrect part they sent. Customer service was simply atrocious, DEFINITELY avoid this company. Wish I had room to share the correspondence, they lied repeatedly throughout. Truly awful company."
"I placed an order with Deerso unaware of the shipping charges associated with it (snowblower). I called Deerso to cancel the order and was helped immediately. Customer service was excellent and my problem was addressed right away. They sent me a confirmation e-mail in short order as well. Great customer service, highly recommend."
