"Ordered 2 air filters for my '23 LT1 Camaro. One came in damaged. I reached out, attaching a pic of the damaged air filter. Figured they would want me to send it back then wait to get another one. Nope, I received a response back from "Daniel" in customer service stating he would reach out to the vendor and get back with me. Figured it would be a long wait. Hours later, asked if I wanted my money back or another filter. Received the new filter within days from my original order. They didn't ask I go through all the trouble of packaging and sending the old filter which I ended up disposing. I was pretty impressed how easy and pain free it was. Usually, a damaged item takes forever and enoug documentation to fill a notebook to get taken care.
I'm impressed. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Car Parts Discount to anyone. Oh...and I save a lot of money from buying it locally at the parts store. Another plus. "

When you are losing business it might be the carefree way companies treat their customers, especially new customers. I expect a week for anything in the USA to arrive. Some take longer and that's when I will never buy from them again.

They sent it to through fed ex without requiring a signature so carrier service can leave it anywhere and not at your door it can’t be tracked. Contacted customer service, said they won’t return or exchange my items because it was supposedly delivered even though it was not left at my home. Customer service said they can’t do anything about it. Lost my money and appointment with my mechanic. "

"Ordered wiper blades for my 2018 BMW X2 xDrive28i. Wipers arrived within a few days. However, they are not the correct wipers for a BMW X2. They were close. Maybe they fit an X1 or and X3, or maybe a 2019 X2. But they don't fit a 2018 BMW X2. I reached out to Car Parts Discount and was told that, even thought they shipped an incorrect item, I am responsible for the shipping cost to send them back. This cost will make up more than 50% of the price of the wipers. Not real happy about this."
