"Ordering was easy and our order was received promptly as promised. The supercharger has been installed in our truck and is working fine. Great buying experience."
"Had to try three times web page kept refreshing."
"Super-fast shipping ang worked great,"
"Have ordered a part from these folks, their shipping time was phenomenal. Haven’t installed yet, but so far, they get a full five star rating."
"It took like 30 seconds to do this order.!"
"I ordered brakes and rotors from this place. Not only was my order delayed, I received the wrong parts. By making it right they offered a $20 rebate. I expected more after a bad first impression. It's safe to say that was first and final time doing business with them."
"happy to see it in stock "
"Good price thank you Robert"
"HORRIBLE customer service and return policy is a Joke! Received wrong parts and returned parts losing out on $80....... I was given free shipping on order and paid shipping to return parts. I received refund being charged 15% restocking fee and the cost of the free shipping the offered but ended up making me pay shipping both ways. "
"Car Parts Warehouse is making good on their Warranty Promise.
As per Jonaton the Managers conversation last week he was going to either refund the Purchase price or send me a new Steering Rack this was a week ago, Since apparently he has reversed his
position I am forced to edith the review to the one I gave them in the first place. DO NOT TRUST CAR PARTS WAREHOUSE ON WHAT THEY SAY."
"The fuel pump did not work right for my car, although your website said it would work for the 2002 Dodge Neon. The Dodge dealership mechanic said it did not have enough vacuum to pull the fuel up (or something like that). The car ended up dying and would not start after having the fuel pump put on and had to be towed to the Dodge dealership. A new fuel pump had to be put on. So...I ended up losing $140 for the fuel pump plus $200 in labor and a $50 towing bill...plus having to buy a new fuel pump for $400 plus another labor bill. In conclusion, not a good experience at all. You shouldn't advertise that those fuel pumps work for the 2002 Dodge Neon!"
"The radiator I received is not what the website represented in its picture. I know sometimes the parts you order are not exactly what they look like on websites. However this website shows you a picture and says below the image that this is an "exact" representation of the part you will receive . The image of the part I ordered was a all metal radiator for my 1998 land rover discovery. I had already removed my radiator and was able to look at their image and see that it did look like the "exact" radiator I had. So I placed the order and paid to 2nd day air deliver . The emails I received on the order process was great. When I received my new radiator I opened the box and was disappointed to see that it was plastic. I placed the radiators side by side and noticed the right front lower inlet pipe was manufactured a little lower on the aftermarket radiator than on the factory one. Also the inlet pipe has a different degree on bend. The install went smoothly. All cooler lines attached as designed. Once everything was connected I looked underneath the vehicle and guess what? The lower inlet pipe is hitting the passenger side frame . Yes. There is a metal bracket made onto the frame and since the new radiator inlet pipe sits a little lower than the factory one it is rubbing this bracket. As we all know this over time will rub a hole in the new radiator. I thought to myself well here we go now let's see how good their customer service is. Well I'm writing this because it is terrible. They offered to refund me 40 dollars of the 350.00 I spent and suggested that I could just cut this bracket of of my frame rail for clearance. Not acceptable! Then the sales manager said I could just purchase another brand radiator from them for 450 dollars and I could pay to have the other radiator shipped back. That's a total of 80 dollars I would have to flush down the toilet because of their junky part. Not happy with this company at all. If they say it is the "exact " part ..... Beware it is NOT!"
"Don't ever do business with this company. They are beyond incompetent. I waited eight days for a part to show up, and TWICE they sent the COMPLETELY WRONG part. This company advertises they've been cataloging parts for 25 years, and guarantee they will get the right part to your door. Well, guess what? They can't even do the most basic simple cross reference when you give them the part number from the car manufacturer. Use another company and save yourself the grief."
"Parts for a 2000 S500 are not that easy to find but CarParts had them. The concept of Kits, putting together all you need in one single order is great like ball joint and struts. I now know where to go for parts."
"I had a great experience with this company. They quickly fix an issue with my order and gave customer service!!!"
"Crappy service rude employees"
