Dan from Car Parts Warehouse called and straightened everything out with my order and apologized for the inconvenience. I called in and reviewed everything with him. I provided him with the tracking number for my shipment to send the rotors & pads back to them so they can track it and issue the refund upon receipt. He said they'll be issuing me a full refund (no restocking fee) and they've given me a $50 credit on my account for use with any purchase in the next 12 months. I appreciate what Dan did to help sort everything out in a professional and courteous manner, and am grateful for the resolution.

Bought a Rotors and brake pads kit for $69+, ended up being the wrong kind when on the exact parts page it says THIS WILL FIT YOUR 2012 Honda Civic, and they blamed the mistake on me because it was an online order and not a phone order that was called in.

There is one SINGLE spot on the SEARCH PAGE for that part that says- Description: Si Rear (meaning it fits the Civic SI REAR),

It does not say- Please note- This part ONLY FITS the Si Rear Trim of the Honda Civic, etc.
NO OTHER indication on the actual parts page that it was specifically for the REAR ONLY on an SI model Civic.
Had to pay $40 to ship it back (not including the $10+ restocking fee I am going to be charged out of my refund).
When I called in to inquire about returning the parts, the customer service rep was very defensive and after giving me the address of where to send it back to, he just hung up- no "Thanks have a nice day" or "sorry for the inconvenience".
Paid $69.95 to buy it
Paid $39.56 to ship it back
and will be getting $59.45 back which means I am out $50.

"I ordered a turbo for a custom build. They did not stock the part and had to special order it. They also did not have any pictures of it to verify that it was the right part. They guaranteed that if the numbers matched, it was the right part.
The turbo came and it was the right part, but it did not come with any fittings or the actuator. They were unable to locate fittings for the turbo and they said the actuator would be an additional $170 and would take 3 to 5 months to arrive.
Since this was not an acceptable option, they said they would waive their restocking fee and send me a free return label.
