"I ordered my set of control arms through eBay for my project build of my 98 SVT Contour. The parts showed up and looked great. So here I am a year later and I am now ready to put the suspension back into my project car. I pull out the brand new control arms, which are still in the bags with the protective plastic covers over the ball joints, and when I took the front drivers side control arm out of the bag and removed the cover I found that the ball joint boot was completely torn at the base of the boot. It looks like there was a manufacturing issue with the crimping of the boot onto the metal compression ring as the crimp point was gashed. So here I am a month outside of the 1 year warranty, a brand new unused part, and I have a paper weight.

Now all that said I called their customer service dept. and was able to arrange for them send out a replacement part by coming here and filling out a review for the parts. I'm glad this has worked out, because I have put a lot of time and effort into this project car. The parts are good, I just had a cut boot. I wish they could have just sent a replacement boot, but a whole new part works for me as well. Thanks."

"Could not find this reverse rotation steering box anywhere. I was contemplating doing the 4x4x2 rock crusher valve body swap to make one for my early bronco, as the only other reverse rotation power steering box is and F-100 and my truck just got done eating its third in 5 years. This will make my life a lot easier, and cheaper. Seth did a great job and knew what he was talking about, apparently some random tractors also take these reverse rotation boxes. "
