"When I contacted "CarSteering Wholesale" by phone to place an order on a power steering gear box for my 2001 Chevy Tahoe, I was very please at the attentiveness and product knowledge of the sales person "Henry". As many of you may have experience, sometimes these phone sales representatives will rush to take your order as though they have to achieve some type of daily sales quota. I surely did not receive that type of service from Henry. He took the time to ensure that I had place the order for the correct part for my vehicle. I also mentioned that I was leaving out of state in a few days and Henry reassures me that I would receive my order before my departure. And surprising (or I should say not surprisingly) I did receive my order per the date that Henry had mentioned. The steering box was installed and worked out great! I follow up with another call “CarSteering” to inquire the address to where I was to return my old wore out steering box and the sales person Anderson was just as helpful. What a painless experience, I would surely purchase other items from this company and strongly recommend others to do so as well.
