"The sales were very helpful and all went well. I received last week the requested spare part and it has been mounted properly on my car. However, when it came for me to recover my core deposit of 250 USD, I found out that I have to ship back the core (the used genuine part in my car that has been replaced). To send it I would need to pay 140 USD for DHL...I have written to Sales people within Car Steering and they told me that they were sorry :-( and that is the way it should be. Hence in total instead of paying 450 USD as price of the remanufactured Power Steering rack, I am ending up paying 845 USD with all fees. That is very surprising and somehow upsetting me."
