I am now waiting to install the steering box because I was not able to find the steering coupler rag joint in your catalog and had to order it from another supplier who has e-mailed me informing me that they are currently out of this product and it will be a 3 week wait to get it. "Bought the part through Ebay and for the first time in many years of dealing through this source, the small descriptive space allowance in the feedback was insufficient---I actually wrote a separate letter to the sales department complimenting the excellence of the transaction. The part was ordered on a Wednesday afternoon from Lindsay Ontario (Canada) and received on Friday afternoon from San Diego California (USA). We could not believe this level of service---we frequently have to wait this long (and longer)for local suppliers to come through! The only disadvantage to the deal is that we have thus far not found a method that is economically feasible to return the core part---shipping quotes thus far have been higher than the refund offered for the core. We will definitely be keeping this Company on our "go to" list of suppliers. "
