"I bought something in 12/28/11. So far nothing. I already contact customer service and the guy told me that it should be delivered by 1/9/12. Still nothing as today. I never got a confirmation email when I completed the purchase and there is no option to track your item in the web site. They guy also told me that he was going to send me the email I never received at the begining and still nothing. I don't know what is wrong, I have bought things before here and the service was ok. Very disappointed this time. hope I receive the Item soon or I will have to escalate this. "
