"Not great. I placed my order on 9/12 it is now 9/20 and still haven't received anything, no shipping conformation tracking number nothing. So I called your customer service line to find out what was going on with my order. I spoke with one of your representatives and he told me that my order hadnt even been processed yet and that it should be processed in 5 to 9 business days!! Mind you he told me that I would have to wait for the actual shipping after it's finally processed! I wish I would have known I'd be waiting 3 weeks to a month.I would have purchased my tail light covers elsewhere!!"

"Not really, I ordered an O2 sensor and a tie rod end. Two days later they said they were shipping my order separately. Then another two days they tell me they dont have the O2 sensor. So I got the tie rod on my porch with no invoice in the box. Now I have to watch my credit card bill to make sure they don't bill me for the sensor I never got. I went Napa and bought the sensor, it cost about $20 bucks more but I got the part the same day..."
