"I am very satisfied with the tailgate handle I ordered from Car Stuff and the prompt attention to the delivery of the item. I wasn't home when it first arrived, and the item was not left on my porch for someone to steal. Instead, a note with an 800# was left so I could arrange delivery. The product is excellent, exactly what I needed!"

"Totally dissatisfied at the current time. I ordered 4 splash guards and only received 2. I contacted the 24/7 help feature, they said they would send 2 more but so far haven't received anything. If they offer low prices but can't fill an order correctly, I'd rather shop elsewhere. "

"I ordered an ingition coil for my 1997 Mercedes SL600. The package arrived in 3 days, however, it was the wrong coil. I immediately emailed Carstuff asking them to investigate the part since it was incorrectly designated for my car. I have not heard from them since. I will return the part as instructed and ask for a refund unless this discrepancy can be resolved."

"Car Stuff seems to be using the Amazon retail model. They don’t actually have anything; they are just a conduit to other sellers. I ordered some air filters, cabin filters, oil filters, brake rotors, and brake pads. For the filters, I ordered a few different brands so I could compare them. Don’t do this. I received a separate box from a separate seller for each filter manufacturer – a total of 5 or 6 boxes for the order. That is probably why shipping was so expensive. Car-Stuff’s order interface isn’t as transparent as Amazon’s, so you don’t see what you are spending on shipping per item or where it is coming from. Also they charge a substantial >HANDLING FEE< $15.95 in my case, which doesn’t show up until you have done all your shopping and go to check out. Too sneaky for me. And a retailer charging for HANDLING is like Starbucks charging extra to hand you your coffee. FYI, the Auto 7 filters looked like OEM or better; the Pentius looked good, and the Beck Arnley looked like the poorest quality. The brake rotors, which are large heavy hunks of metal, were sent in a thin cardboard box sealed with one piece of tape and ZERO packing material. What arrived at my house was a shredded, open box. If anything small was in that box I didn’t receive it. Delivery times and prices were fine, and tracking notifications were plentiful. I might use Car Stuff again for filters and small parts if they got rid of the HANDLING FEE. They should know that kind of thing is retail poison."

"Fantastic. Received the part on Friday (as promised), installed it Saturday and the third brake light was like brand new. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with bulbs. The Dorman Replacement Socket was the last step in preparing the car for inspection. "
