Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY explaining the error and that I wanted to cancel my order. Order hadn’t been processed yet. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Not good at all. "

"Other gift card vendors deliver in minutes. It took CardFlip a number of hours. This is not the vendor to use if you need the gift card immediately. After I got the card...I bought a Jimmy John's card. The card would not work online, so I took it to the restaurant to present in person. I had to use a print out of the card since I didn't receive a physical card from Cardflip. The restaurant would not accept the card. They said they required a physical card with a magnetic strip. I gave all of this information to Cardflip including a screen shot of the error I received when trying to use the card on jimmyjohns.com. They refused to give me a refund because they said the card had the full balance on it that I had purchased. No kidding! I just told them that I was unable to use it! So of course it still had the full balance! As you can understand, their thinking/response is not logical or reasonable at all. Now you know who/what you are dealing with when you choose Cardfilp. If you have no problems using a card and you don't need any rational customer service, you might be OK. Buyer beware.
