Had to do a credit card chargeback when I didn't receive my $800 irng.
"I had to do a chargeback with my credit card company, because World of Judaica didn't send my ring. I ordered the ring in mid December, and still hadn't received it a month later, even though my credit card was charged right away. I had tried calling the company, emailing several times, and chat was never available. After reading all the negative reviews I was afraid that even if the company eventually sent me the ring it might not be what I ordered, and the ring was so expensive I wasn't willing to risk it. My husband didn't trust a company that didn't even have the decency to answer one email, and my credit card company advised against continuing to do business with a company that ignored customer service and had such negative reviews. Terrible and very disappointing as the ring was supposed to be my Christmas present."
