"Order shipped very quickly. Could track my order but there were no updates on the tracker until the day I got my order. That is more of a Fed-Ex problem than Casecooler.com. Ordered six fans. Five were the correct ones and one was a wrong model (wanted pcsc-100 and got FC-2000-B). Apparently the website was not updated after the company started carrying a different model, so I got a much much louder fan. Called the comapany and got a quick response from the owner. He offered to refund the fan price and correct his web-site. That is good customer service. Everything was great except that one fan. May come back for more business if I can verify that the item posted on the website is what I will get. I will have to order the fan from somehwere else and pay the shipping again."

"The shipping took only four days, which was great, especially since a weekend was in the middle of those four days, and most other companies seem to just slow down on the weekend, and this one did not. The only two tiny complaints I have are 1) that the packaging isn't exactly the greatest, especially considering that I bought a Acrylic Computer Case that absolutely cannot be scratched or damaged, and 2) the order tracking was horrible; the entire time from the evening that I ordered the case to the afternoon right before I picked it up, all the order tracking page told me was that it was "shipped." Yup, just one word, "shipped." It wasn't until the day after I picked it up and signed for it that the order tracking site was updated, and said that I signed for it already."
