"I received an Amazon Fire with a Caseable case voucher for Christmas. The next day, I ordered the case and it still hasn’t shipped. I’d understand if they were just a little behind, but it looks like a lot of other voucher people are having the same problem. It’s really disappointing, because I was planning on buying more cases since the products are so unique and attractive. But they clearly aren’t prioritizing a certain group of customers and now I don’t care to give them my money. "

"The product feels flimsy. The flap the covers the screen slides around a good amount so don't use it if you plan to carry it in anything other then your hands unless you have a screen protector. I can see the whole thing sliding of the screen the second it gets jostle in a bag. I've had it a total of an hour now and its the color is already cracking where the cover folds over. Cannot for the life of me get it to stand up. It has the segmented cover to do so but it just doesn't work.
Checkout page went to an error page, customer service didn't respond to my email but I did get a confirmation email later that day. I got a UPS confirmation of product information, but they were still waiting on the product. After 8 days from order I get a hold of customer service to see if its delayed, it is the holiday season after all. They send a 6 sentence email, 3 of which said in no uncertain terms, that its not their fault. I let them know UPS hadn't received the product. Same kind of response back. I finally got it 22 days later, well past the estimated 4 to 8 days that they claim on their site."

"I was given a Amazon Fire tablet for Christmas which came with a coupon code for a free Caseable. I was able to customize my Caseable using pictures of my kitties. From custom order to delivery it was a little over a week. That is very impressive. My Amazon Fire fits perfectly in my Caseable. I have to say the Caseable works because my first time ever, I dropped my tablet. I've never dropped my previous tablets or my cell phones. I gasped when it fell but impressed everything was intact and no issues. Great case!!! "
