"I purchased 2 Amazon Fires for Christmas and they came with vouchers for free cases. I went on after receiving them to get both of the children a case since they looked more unique than most. On 12/28/2018 I received emails that the cases were sent to USPS. On 1/3/19 I received an update that one case was "accepted" at USPS and I received it on 1/5/2019. To this day the other case shows "pre-shipment & shipping label created" but has not been received. I have sent 3 emails asking for an update on this and got no response from them. I planned on purchasing new cases for all of my families laptops, tablets and phones from designs we likes, but they will never receive our business.
Funny the website says "excellent customer service" yet they seem to lack on that! I work in customer service and I see why this position gets a bad name. I could never imagine just ignoring so many people over the same thing."

"I purchased two Amazon HD10 Kindled from QVC. Included with the purchase were vouchers for custom Cases for the two Kindles. I ordered my case and customized it. I received an e-mail from Caseabe.com that my case was shipped on 12/28/2019. Here it is 01/10/2019, and no case. I checked with the Post Office site, and they are still waiting for the package.
I sent an e-mail to Caseable, and received a stock reply thAt they were to busy to reply right now. After two more days I wrote a scathing e-mail, and still they will not reply. I have deleted the $5 coupon I received, since I definitely will not buy anything from them. If I could give them a negative star I would. They are a terrible company to deal with."
