Multiple e-mails have been sent to the company for an update but no response. Do not buy from this seller. No way to contact customer service other than e-mail and you won't get a response. Looks like this company took off with QVC and HSN money.

I received 1 case. the other case never made jt to me. Anyhow the case i ordered was for a Fire 10. the case is for a tablet about 4 inches smaller. Now that us not all. IT WASNT EVEN THE RIGHT GRAPHICS!!!!! Took forver to get HALF of my order and the portion that I did get was the WRONG CASE!!! Totally irritated. Ive contacted Customer Service. After a week or better they got back to me. Ive reached out again. Lets see if they actually fix this issue. If they do Ill uodate further.

This company is a joke. I received a notice on the 2nd of Jan. that one of my cases was on the way upon tracking it still hasnt reached the usps facility. today is the 11th of Jan. The other case was supposedly shipped on the 9th also is still on its was to usps. I sent an email with no reply. This is crazy. Whatever you do DO NOT shop here if you want your cases in a timely mannee."
"The pictures I choose for the front and the back both turned out great! The personalized printing was very nice and I loved the overall look...The bottom right hand corner edge in the front had two small areas that should have been black like the background of the case but were white spots, but they did not intrude into my pictures...I don't know if that happened because it rubbed something in the packaging during shipping or if it was done during the printing...but I LOVE the thinness of the protective case and the finished product of my pictures! This would make a GREAT personalized gift for someone special! Very Unique and Affordable! and I have never seen one in my circle of friends...but everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it!"
"I purchased my Fire Tablet from QVC. I received a free custom cover(Caseable) that I ordered. When I received my customer cover from Caseable, the image was not placed on front of case, I emailed customer service and they sent me another coupon to receive another customer case FREE with no questions! They responded back in record time within 24hrs on my complaint, and I received my new Caseable case within 2 weeks during the holidays. Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Other on-line companies need to take notice of how this company is making leaps and bounds on how they treat their customers!!!! Thank you sooo much for your beyond 5 star service!"
